Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy &amp; Execution- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).- Manage paid campaigns including search, display, video, and social media ads.- Optimize campaigfor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.SEO &amp; Content- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.- Collaborate with content creators to align messaging with SEO goals.- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.Analytics &amp; Reporting- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.Collaboration- Coordinate with design, content, and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive execution.- Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.- Provide strategic input during client pitches and reviews.Qualifications &amp; Skills- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing.- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and project management abilities.- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,135.76 - &#8377;62,572.29 per monthWork Location: In person
