The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content across various platforms, collaborating with the marketing team to create content strategies, conducting thorough research, and producing high-quality, creative content. Daily tasks include writing and editing articles, blog posts, and social media content, as well as optimizing content for search engines and participating in brainstorming sessions.Qualifications<ul><li>Strong skills in writing, editing, and creative content development.</li><li>Ability to attend shoots and meetings in Cairo</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and remotely</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience as a Content Creator &amp; Social Media Specialist.</li><li>Bonus: Experience with CapCut for short-form video editing.</li><li>Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li></ul>Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Content Management &amp; Posting</li></ul>Manage and post on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest).<ul><li>Ensure posts go live on schedule (daily, weekly, monthly posting strategy).</li><li>Upload and manage Instagram stories, reels, and posts (including product tags when needed).</li><li>Strategy &amp; Planning</li><li>Execute content strategies provided by the marketing team.</li><li>Support in creating posting strategies for campaigns (sales, launches, promotions, events).</li><li>Assist in implementing seasonal/weekly story strategies (e.g., jewelry brand&rsquo;s weekly Instagram story themes).</li><li>Analysis &amp; Optimization</li><li>Track performance of posts, reels, and stories.</li><li>Contribute to monthly analysis reports (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.).</li><li>Identify rising trends and suggest adaptations for the brand coordination</li><li>Work with content creators, designers, and media production teams to ensure content is on-brand.</li><li>Coordinate with moderators to make sure replies and DMs align with the posted content.</li><li>Platform-Specific Tasks</li><li>Instagram: posts, reels, stories, product tagging.</li><li>Pinterest: pinning and optimization.</li><li>TikTok &amp; YouTube: upload and scheduling.</li><li>LinkedIn &amp; Facebook: post scheduling, format adjustments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;9,000.00 - E&pound;10,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable attending shoots in Cairo 3-5 times a month?</li><li>Are you comfortable with remote work?</li><li>How soon can you start?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Content creation: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>social media management : 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
