<div>A Day in Your Life at MKS:
You will partner internally with Facility management company, HSEQS, R &amp; D leaders and finance for routine activities.
Externally, you will communicate with &ndash; DHBVNL, HSIDC, HCG and contactors
You Will Make an impact by:<ul><li>
The position is responsible for complete Facility Management of ADC Building to ensure efficient, economical, and safe management of building assets. The incumbent should have a good understanding of Electricality, NBC, Firefighting &amp; Pollution Control Board regulation</li><li>
The incumbent may have to work in shifts and during off hours / holidays
</li><li>Travel Requirements: Up to 10% of Travel is required</li></ul>
Skills You Bring:<ul><li>
Level of formal education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical, Civil or mechanical engineering</li><li>
Years of job-related work experience: 7 &ndash; 10 years of experience in similar industry including 3 years in a supervisory capacity</li><li>
Technical / Engineering skills -<ul><li>
Electrical<ul><li>
Knowledge of LT Panel, SLD, control wiring, AMF Panel, ACBs, HT VCB &amp; various safeties.</li><li>
Knowledge of Power bill interpretation (TOD billing, PF effects, rates variations due to contract demand / MDI)</li><li>
Knowledge of PLC, BMS, Access control &amp; Fire detection /PA system</li></ul></li><li>
HVAC
<ul><li>Understanding of operation &amp; maintenance of water cooled &amp; air-cooled chillers</li><li>
Functioning of condenser, cooling towers, AHU, TFA, air extraction system &amp; scrubbers</li><li>
Good knowledge of air quality management in hazardous areas like chemical fumes &amp; use of scrubbers</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Fire Fighting<ul><li>
Setting, adjustment &amp; programming of fire alarm panel and PA system</li><li>
Working principle, functioning &amp; maintenance of hydrant, sprinkler &amp; jockey pumps with automation</li><li>
Good understanding of cause &amp; effect of various material of fire (fire triangle)</li></ul></li><li>
Civil
<ul><li>Basic understanding of HSIDC rules &amp; regulations</li><li>
Reading of basic layout drawings prepared by Architect / consultant &amp; interpretation w.r.t. NBC regulations</li><li>
Preparation of small project BOQs &amp; management of interior, civil work, clean room or MEP related work</li></ul></li><li>
Water Treatment plant<ul><li>
Good understanding of WWT/STP/ DI plant maintenance</li><li>
Knowledge of the occupational hazards in wastewater treatment plants and safety measures to be implemented.</li><li>
Ability to operate, recognize needed repairs, maintain equipment used in the wastewater treatment process.</li></ul></li><li>
Chemical processes
<ul><li>Should understand chemical compatibility chart (resistance of materials when exposed to different substances)</li><li>
Use of various piping materials for chemical transfer (PPR, PVDF, PVC, PP, SS, titanium et</li></ul></li></ul>
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Working knowledge of SAP, Ariba, SAP-PM and TPM</li><li>
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001</li><li>
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Jira or Oracle Primavera</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and drawings pertaining to plant expansions and improvements</li></ul>

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Physically fit to move with weight of up to 50 lbs &amp; willing to undergo medical test if required</li><li>
Ability to remain in a stationary position for 20% of the time</li><li>
Operates in a laboratory/manufacturing environment</li><li>
Constantly interacts with specialized equipment and machinery</li><li>
Occasional exposure to chemicals and fumes may occur; adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory</li><li>
Should be able to work in noisy area with PPEs</li><li>
Ability to wear &amp; use respirator or other artificial breathing apparatus</li></ul>
