Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop media buying plans aligned with campaign goals, platforms, and target segments</li><li>Execute and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Snapchat</li><li>Set up and test multiple ad sets (audiences, placements, creatives)</li><li>Monitor and optimize for key performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS</li><li>Provide budget pacing and daily/weekly performance updates to the Digital Media Manager</li><li>Coordinate with Strategists and Creative Team on ad copy, visuals, and funnel logic</li><li>Assist in post-campaign performance analysis and future media planning</li><li>Document platform-specific learnings and insights to improve future outcomes</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years in digital media buying with multi-platform expertise</li><li>Proven experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Snapchat Ads</li><li>Understanding of targeting logic, bidding strategies, and campaign segmentation</li><li>Experience with performance reporting and insight development</li><li>Ability to coordinate clearly across teams (Accounts, Creative, Strategy)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;15,000.00 - E&pound;20,000.00 per month

OverviewThe Personal Assistant to the Managing Director will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring seamless workflow and effective communication. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
