The role involves identifying suitable vendors and manpower, coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, and ensuring timely closures in line with project and hiring needs.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Sourcing<ul><li>Identify and source vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as per project requirements</li><li>Collect quotations and prepare comparative statements</li><li>Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, projects, and accounts teams</li><li>Assist in vendor onboarding, documentation, and MoUs</li><li>Maintain and update vendor database</li><li>Follow up with vendors for material availability and delivery timelines</li></ul>Candidate / Manpower Sourcing<ul><li>Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and networking</li><li>Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements</li><li>Conduct initial telephonic screening</li><li>Coordinate interview scheduling with HR and hiring managers</li><li>Maintain candidate trackers and follow-up status</li><li>Support timely closure of open positions</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Graduation / Diploma in any discipline (HR / Civil preferred)</li><li>Experience in sourcing (vendors or manpower or both)</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills</li><li>Knowledge of job portals and local vendor markets</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets</li><li>Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in construction / interiors / project-based organizations</li><li>Understanding of BOQs, procurement documentation, and basic HR processes</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Exposure to dual sourcing: vendors &amp; manpower</li><li>Opportunity to work across HR, procurement, and projects</li><li>Growth-oriented and stable work environment</li><li>Performance-based learning and career growth</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What was your Previous CTC ?</li><li>What is your Expected CTC ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sourcing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Telugu (Required)</li><li>Hindi (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
