Part-Time Bookkeeper NeededEstablished company seeking a reliable part-time bookkeeper to assist with financial and administrative tasks 2&ndash;3 days per week. Candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks and comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Entering and organizing invoices in QuickBooks</li><li>Paying vendor invoices and managing accounts payable</li><li>Preparing and sending client invoices (accounts receivable)</li><li>Assisting with insurance audits and related documentation</li><li>Maintaining accurate financial records</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong QuickBooks experience</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in-office at least two days per week</li><li>Knowledge of construction bookkeeping is a plus</li></ul>Flexible schedule for the right candidate.Please email resume and references to: Megan@mlrproperties.comPay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>QuickBooks: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
