Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with a focus on B2B environments.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.</li><li>Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients.</li><li>Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain customer records.</li><li>Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales.</li><li>Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to engage in business development activities and identify potential leads.</li><li>Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales efforts.</li><li>A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
