 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 The Construction Manager will oversee the execution of
 
 Oil &amp; Gas EPC projects
 
 , focusing on
 
 cross-country pipeline construction
 
 . The role involves managing site activities from
 
 IFC to project handover
 
 , ensuring compliance with
 
 ARAMCO standards
 
 , quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Direct and manage construction from IFC to project handover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee pipeline, piping, structural, civil, E&amp;I, and commissioning activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with project scope, drawings, codes, and safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage resources, subcontractors, and site activities efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and project control teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare construction plans, monitor progress, and report to Project Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to QHSE standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Must have an
 
 Engineering Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 
 15 years of construction manager experience and
 
 Minimum 10 years in Oil &amp; Gas &amp; EPC Projects (Cross Country Pipelines)
 
 .
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 ARAMCO
 
 Oil &amp; Gas or Construction industry is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 communication and coordination
 
 with PMT, engineering, QA/QC, and client representatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to
 
 make decisions under pressure
 
 and maintain project quality &amp; timeliness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 reporting and documentation
 
 skills (daily, weekly progress reports).
 </li>
 </ul>
