Our mission is to deliver seamless, efficient, and compliant solutions to businesses and individuals navigating the UAE&rsquo;s regulatory environment.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Company Business Set-Up Consultant to support the day-to-day operational activities of our company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in local and international business setups, including free zone, mainland, and offshore jurisdictions, and a solid understanding of UAE government processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Client Onboarding &amp; Support: Assist with the end-to-end onboarding of clients, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Business Setup: Support the preparation and submission of applications for company formation (mainland, free zone, and offshore) in compliance with UAE and international regulations.</li><li>Visa &amp; Licensing Support: Coordinate with relevant authorities for visa applications, license renewals, amendments, and cancellations.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Filing: Prepare, review, and organize legal and business documents for clients and internal records.</li><li>PRO Coordination: Liaise with internal or external PROs and government entities (e.g., DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones) for approvals and document processing.</li><li>Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvements in operational procedures to increase efficiency.</li><li>Client Communication: Maintain professional communication with clients, updating them on progress, and handling inquiries as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 3&ndash;5 years in operations or administrative roles within the business setup, consultancy, or corporate services sector.</li><li>Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE company formation processes (mainland, free zone, and offshore), visa processing, and document clearance.</li><li>PRO Skills: Hands-on experience coordinating or assisting with PRO functions is a strong advantage.</li><li>Language Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused attitude.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
