 Human Resources Assistant
 
 to our HR team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Position Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 The primary purpose of this position is to assist all administrative areas of human resources in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

 Position Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for the accuracy of all human resource records according to established standards. This includes but is not limited to federal, state and local documents, department records, employee records, I-9 documentation, and reporting. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of HR processes using the highest possible confidentiality standards and retention guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer all MNJ employee programs in partnership with direct manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow appropriate procedures related to recruiting, new hires, employee changes, and terminations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Human Resources calendar and all relevant scheduling including but not limited to meetings, interviews, new hire onboarding, and employee communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pull all HR related invoices monthly and annually for review by manager and digitally file.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain company organizational chart, office seating chart, and make updates on an as needed basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and update all relevant Human Resources related Job aids to ensure the most up-to-date processes are being followed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Human Resources SharePoint page.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist employees with requests and questions. Escalate to manager as appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own all department related orders and supplies as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned.
 </li>

 Position Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 3 years in an administrative assistant position that reports to a department head and direct team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must maintain extreme confidentiality to the highest degree in all circumstances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess the willingness to work harmoniously with other staff members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with vendors, customers, employees and the general public.
 </li>

 The hourly rate for this role is $25.00-$27.00/hour. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
