<div><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to define product strategy and deliver elegant, user-centered solutions.</li><li>Own the <b>end-to-end design process</b>&mdash;from ideation and prototyping, to user testing, to production-ready designs.</li><li>Apply <b>data-driven design methodologies</b>&mdash;leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative analytics when making design decisions.</li><li>Conduct and synthesize <b>user research</b> through interviews, usability testing, card sorting, affinity mapping, and data analysis.</li><li>Design <b>impactful and scalable user interfaces</b> for web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.</li><li>Present and communicate <b>research findings, analytical insights, and design rationale</b> to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Integrate and experiment with <b>emerging AI-based design and research tools</b> to enhance efficiency and personalization.</li><li>Contribute to and evolve the <b>MoEngage Design System</b> for brand consistency and scalability.</li><li>Engage in <b>team design critiques</b>, sharing feedback openly to elevate the collective quality of our work.</li><li><b>Contribute to a vibrant, creative team culture</b>&mdash;sharing inspiration, encouraging experimentation, and making the design process enjoyable and collaborative.</li></ul></div>

Requirements:</b><br>
<ul><li><b>Experience</b>: 4&ndash;8 years as a Product/UX designer with a portfolio showing user-centered solutions for end users and business applications.</li><li><b>Education</b>: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s Degree in Design, Specialization in HCI, Human Factors, Visual Communication or related discipline.</li><li><b>Skills</b>:</li><li>Strong mastery of <b>data-driven design</b> principles, blending research insights with analytics</li><li>Familiarity with <b>emerging AI-based tools</b> supporting design, research, and prototyping</li><li>Experience designing scalable, enterprise-level products (bonus for marketing automation expertise)</li><li>Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written storytelling skills</li><li>Ability to plan well, set and meet deadlines, and deliver delightful results</li><li>Passion for <b>creative collaboration and contributing to a positive team culture</b></li><li>Bonus: Motion design skills and/or advanced user research proficiency</li></ul></div>

<div><b>Roles and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Understand and qualify customer goals and effectively articulate MoEngage's ability to meet these goals</li>
<li>Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the customers' architectural solutions/environment</li>
<li>Work in concert with the Account Executives to build and adapt sales strategies and drive towards successful sales into Global companies</li>
<li>Assist in Sales stages such as demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses &amp; business justification in a technical pre-sales capacity</li>
<li>Ensure the success of customer POCs through effective management of success criteria, planning and execution</li>
<li>Distil and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales</li>
<li>Maintaining awareness of internal roadmap and new product features to evangelise with customers and their feedback to MoEngage product management and engineering teams</li>
<li>Influence the improvement of Sales Engineering processes and practices</li>
<li>Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the integration and data management space</li>
</ul><b>Requirements</b></div>
<div><ul><li>At least 9+ years of Presales/Solution consulting experience.</li>
<li>Leave people with the impression that you are really listening to them and understand their problem.</li>
<li>Should be known for being a &ldquo;team player.&rdquo; We just can&rsquo;t emphasize this enough.</li>
<li>High level of intellectual curiosity. You see opportunity and growth in learning more about what you do and how it Impacts others.</li>
<li>Should have experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team.</li>
<li>Should have strong product solutioning acumen coupled with hands-on experience with SaaS platform integration.</li>
<li>Should have exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills.</li>
<li>Should have domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML).</li>
