What you&rsquo;ll do on a typical day:
<ul><li>
Supervise all activities of drivers and dockworkers for a smooth process of pick-up and delivery of freight at customer locations</li><li>
Ensure that all work assignments are completed properly</li><li>
Respond to Customer Service and Operations inquiries regarding deliveries in a timely and professional manner</li><li>
Monitor all service levels on a daily basis to ensure all time commitments are maintained</li><li>
Enforce all company, FMCSR, OSHA and DOT policies, rules, regulations, and laws</li><li>
Coach, train and develop employees in a manner consistent with company policies</li><li>
Act as a champion of our company values, demonstrating them and holding your team to the same high standards</li></ul>
What you need to succeed at Mobile Air Transport:
<ul><li>
2 or more years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation, or similar environment</li><li>
Knowledge of DOT, FMCSR, TSA, OSHA, and HAZMAT regulations</li><li>
Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry</li><li>
Solid focus on Customer Service</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>
Solid geographic knowledge of service areas</li><li>
2 years in a leadership role</li></ul>

It&rsquo;d be great if you also have:
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Transportation, Distribution or Logistics</li><li>
LTL industry experience</li><li>
Positive attitude with the ability to multitask and motivate your team</li><li>
Exceptional leadership, communication, and administrative skills</li></ul>

This job requires the ability to:
<ul><li>
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 lbs. frequently, and on occasion up to 75 lbs.</li><li>
Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel</li><li>
Walk and stand for extended periods of time in an office and a loading dock</li></ul>
