This role is responsible for the design, administration, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs that drive sales motivation and business growth. Education &amp; Experience</b></div><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.</li><li>
7&ndash;10 years of progressive experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Sales Finance, with demonstrated expertise in incentive plan design and administration.</li><li>
3+ years of direct people leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.</li></ul></div><div><b>
Knowledge &amp; Skills</b></div><div><ul><li>
Deep knowledge of sales compensation plan design, including quota structures, accelerators, draws, SPIFFs, and variable pay mechanics across diverse sales roles.</li><li>
Proficiency in incentive compensation management platforms (e.g., Spiff, Xactly, Varicent, Anaplan, or similar) and advanced Excel modeling; experience with NetSuite or comparable CRM preferred.</li><li>
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex compensation data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making at senior levels, with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills across cross-functional audiences.</li><li>
