This<b> hybrid </b>position in <b>the Midwest area (candidates must be seated </b><b>in Schaumburg, IL; Detroit, MI, Columbus, OH; or Indianapolis, IN)</b>. This position calls for a candidate with a successful background in enterprise sales of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) or Private LTE/5G Cellular Networks. Experience in wireless sales through major distributors like Anixter/WESCO, Accu-Tech, or Graybar will also be favorably considered.</div><div></div><div><br>

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:</b></div><br>

Collaborate with both internal and external channel partners to develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, aggressively hunting for new enterprise customers and large construction projects focused on public safety and cellular DAS solutions across the Central US.</li><li>
Master and convey the details of our solution offerings to deliver substantial value to prospects.</li><li>
Be adept at perspective selling.</li><li>
Provide sales forecasts and adhere to objectives for forecast and pipeline management.</li><li>

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Proven Sales Track Record</b>: Demonstrable experience in successfully closing large-scale deals, with a focus on transactions valued in the millions of dollars. Must provide evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li><b>
Enterprise Sales Experience:</b> Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with the ability to manage long sales cycles and negotiate complex deals with senior decision-makers.</li><li><b>
Hunter Mentality:</b> Strong capability in prospecting and aggressively seeking new clientele by networking, cold calling, and other means of generating interest from potential clients.</li><li><b>
Industry Knowledge:</b> Thorough understanding of the in-building wireless market, including key competitors, technological trends, and key business drivers.</li><li><b>
Customer Relationship Management:</b> Proficient in managing multiple client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li><b>
Negotiation Skills</b>: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals while maintaining company profit margins and client satisfaction.</li><li><b>
Team Collaboration:</b> Ability to collaborate with various teams, including product management, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that client needs are met and that company standards are upheld.</li><li><b>

This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, assisting with reporting, and supporting process improvements that enhance sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working with data and systems under the guidance of senior leadership. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:</b></p><p><b>
Sales Operations Support &amp; Process Optimization</b></p><div><ul><li>
Maintain CRM data accuracy and integrity, identifying patterns and anomalies proactively.</li><li>
Support weekly pipeline reviews and monthly forecast calls by preparing insightful reports that highlight trends and variances.</li><li>
Help enforce standardized sales processes across divisions and recommend improvements based on data analysis.</li><li>
