Position Overview</b></div><div>
As a Mobile Medical Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHNP), you will provide independent, in-home psychiatric services. This provider-based role allows you to structure your day efficiently&mdash;without rigid clinic schedules or productivity pressures.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll meet patients where they are most comfortable, enabling deeper connections, more thorough assessments, and improved outcomes.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and evaluations</li><li>
Manage psychiatric conditions across a diverse patient population</li><li>
Review medical histories and develop individualized care plans</li><li>
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.)</li><li>
Prescribe medications and provide patient/caregiver education</li><li>
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program</li><li>
Current National Board Certification (PMHNP)</li><li>
Active Florida PMHNP license</li><li>
Current professional liability insurance</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Experience</b></div><ul><li>
Experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner.</li><li>
Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment</li><li>
Knowledge of evidence-based practice and regulatory standards</li><li>
Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
