Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop engaging designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.</li><li>Create print materials such as brochures, posters, and flyers.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with the company&rsquo;s branding and objectives.</li><li>Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and delivered within deadlines.</li><li>Modify and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.</li><li>Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
