Job Description : <ul><li>Should have working knowledge of Tally software.</li><li>Maintenance of Therapy Stores accounts in Tally of Mobility India and of Centre for Assistive Technology ( CAT )</li><li>Passing BOM entries in tally for production of Developmental Aids.</li><li>Regular reconciliation of Physical Therapy Stocks for both Mfg devices and Trading items with books.</li><li>Assistance and coordination with Therapy &amp; AT Assistant / accounts personnel in Quarterly Stock taking</li><li>Support Line manager in preparing the purchase list.</li><li>Timely local purchasing by raising POs with the approval of line manager.</li><li>Receiving the incoming Therapy materials and raising GRNs and ensuring Proper storage and stacking .</li><li>Responsible for submitting vendor bills &amp; Proforma invoice to Accounts after the signature of recommended and approved authorities.</li><li>Providing data and information on Non moving , unwanted and damaged Stores items.</li><li>Submit monthly report of stores by 3rd of every month.</li><li>Packing and dispatching the materials from store to the client as per the instruction of line manager.</li><li>Support line manager for all the activities.</li><li>Support other dept. as per the requirement.</li><li>Any other task as assigned from time to time</li></ul>Education Qualification:B.ComJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
