Mobio Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Financial Recordkeeping:<ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.</li><li>Maintain and update general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail.</li></ul>Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable Management:<ul><li>Process and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Manage accounts receivable by monitoring customer accounts, sending statements, and following up on overdue payments.</li><li>Facilitate timely and accurate payments to vendors.</li></ul>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).</li><li>Generate and analyze various financial reports to support informed decision-making.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Risk Management:<ul><li>Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations.</li><li>Assist with audit preparation to maintain financial transparency.</li></ul>Expense Management:<ul><li>Monitor and control expenses to optimize resource allocation.</li><li>Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.</li></ul>Data Integrity:<ul><li>Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular data validation and cleansing processes.</li></ul>Key Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)</li><li>3+ year of experience in an accounting role (or equivalent internship experience)</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP, IFRS)</li><li>Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Please mail your resume over career@mobiosolutions.com and let's create something extraordinary together!Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
