Come join our team! Mobius is seeking a Technical Integrator. In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures program office. Your work will cover multiple programs, developing and refining the capabilities of the MDA target systems built to test missile defense systems. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.</p>
<p>
Duties of a Technical Integrator may include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Work with Program Chief engineer and Chief Product engineers to ensure timely and correct answers to data requests</li>
<li>Compile weekly staff summaries and briefings</li>
<li>Work with contractor teams to ensure qualification and flight test events are planned and executed correctly</li>
<li>Work future mission planning efforts to ensure target portfolios are ready to support flight test campaign needs</li>
<li>Provide eyes on support for major test and flight events</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years working on missile defense related or other large complex DoD programs</li>
<li>Familiarity with Targets and Countermeasures program office and/or MDA &amp; DoD programs and processes Able to work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems</li>
<li> Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and produce and present clear, concise, well-organized, and audience-relevant presentations and documents</li>
<li> Aptitude to review system engineering documentation to ensure specifications meet system needs and are accurate</li>
<li>Capacity to work independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks</li>
<li>Experience working in a configuration-controlled environment and ensuring proper levels of handling are applied to items</li>
<li>Familiarity with MDA and system engineering processes Familiarity and past experience with MDA and/or other complex MDS Elements</li>
</ul>

Come join our team! Mobius is seeking a GMD Ground Systems Development Analyst. In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency&rsquo;s (MDA) Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program. This position is part of Parsons&rsquo; Federal Solutions team providing Systems Engineering Technical Assistance to the Ground-based Midcourse Dense (GMD) Product Office under the Teams-Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering (TN-MDSE) contract managed by the Missile Defense Agency. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.</p>
<p>
Duties of a Ground Systems Development Analyst may include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the GMN System Engineering Leadership in requirements verification to ensure that the system or software will meet the predefined technical requirements, specifications, and design criteria</li>
<li>Analyze GMD Ground System Performance Specification and other requirements documentation, review the development contractor Joint Review Packages (JRP) for decomposition of requirements, and provide recommendations on acceptance of the proposed verification strategy</li>
<li>Confirm the verification strategy for the requirement set is clearly articulated, complete, correct, consistent, and achievable</li>
<li>Review GMD Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and Objective Evidence artifacts, and provide comments and recommendations for concurrence or guidance</li>
<li>Support the government in preparation, conduct, and after-action responsibilities for Sprint reviews, program management reviews, system requirements reviews, design reviews, project status reviews, test events, fielding readiness reviews, and operational readiness reviews</li>
<li>Travel as required (estimated 10%).</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> Direct experience with requirements verification Capacity to work independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and DOORS</li>
<li>Ability to develop and present technical reports and briefings including support to the Engineering Review Boards (ERB), other Stakeholder coordination, and Operational Capability List (OCL) approval process</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in STEM highly desired</li>
<li>Direct experience in digital engineering/DevSecOps development projects</li>
</ul>
<p><i>Education</i></p>
<ul>
<li>MS degree (STEM preferred) + 12 years experience; or BS degree (STEM preferred) + 20 years experience</li>
</ul>
<p><i>Clearance</i></p>
<ul>
