Who Are We Looking For?

We are hiring an Accounting Assistant to support our growing team.

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for core finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing processes, procurement support, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. This position offers the opportunity to develop a broad skill set by supporting a variety of functions within the Accounting Department. 


Key Responsibilities 
Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable:
<ul>
<li>Process and record vendor invoices, credits, and supporting documentation.</li>
<li>Process and enter customer payments and ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems.</li>
<li>Prepare and process customer invoices, credits, and delivery documents.</li></ul> 


Customer &amp; Vendor Communication:
<ul>
<li>Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, vendors, and internal team members.</li>
<li>Provide timely and professional support related to payment inquiries and account issues</li></ul> 


Procurement Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist with procurement activities including the preparation of purchase orders</li>
<li>Create sales quotes and request quotes from vendors.</li>
<li>Send and manage purchase orders to vendors.</li>
<li>Source materials and services from vendors based on company needs.</li>
<li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to contractual terms.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate vendor records and procurement documentation.</li>
<li>Monitor vendor performance and delivery schedules, escalating issues when necessary.</li></ul> 


General Support:
<ul>
<li>Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned.</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance or Accounting</li>
<li>1&ndash;2 years of relevant professional experience</li>
<li>Positive attitude and strong enthusiasm for work</li>
<li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li>

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps projects with a focus on extending Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps to suit business requirements.

Key Responsibilities 


Solution Development:
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and implement custom extensions and integrations for Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps.</li>
<li>Utilize C#, .NET, and other programming languages to develop high-quality code that meets business requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.</li></ul> 


System Integration:
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications).</li>
<li>Utilize Azure services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.</li>
<li>Implement and manage APIs for data exchange between systems.</li></ul> 


Technical Leadership:
<ul>
<li>Provide technical guidance and support to functional consultants and other team members.</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customizations and integrations.</li></ul> 


 Project Involvement:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.</li>
<li>Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</li>
<li>Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.</li></ul> 


 Support and Troubleshooting:
<ul>
<li>Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.</li>
<li>Collaborate with functional teams to address system functionality, fix bugs and implement enhancements.</li></ul> 


Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant serving international clients.</li>
<li>Scrum certifications or experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, PL-100, PL-200, PL-600) preferred.</li>
<li>Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Possesses and displays sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility.</li>
<li>Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
