Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to transform complex data into clear, meaningful, and actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that reflect key business performance indicators, trends, and strategic priorities. 


Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and refine reporting and analytical requirements, translating business needs into effective Power BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric.</li>
<li>Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain interactive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards that track KPIs, trends, and operational metrics.</li>
<li>Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data models using Power Query and DAX to support accurate, efficient, and high-performance analysis.</li>
<li>Integrate and transform data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems.</li>
<li>Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure secure, role-based access to data in compliance with governance and privacy policies.</li>
<li>Configure, monitor, and optimize Incremental Refresh for large or time-based datasets to improve performance and reduce data refresh times.</li>
<li>Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and trusted by stakeholders.</li>
<li>Automate data refresh schedules and monitor refresh success rates in Power BI Service, ensuring timely and reliable availability of reports.</li>
<li>Monitor report usage, performance, and load times, implementing enhancements and optimizations to improve user experience and adoption.</li>
<li>Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and evolving requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data pipelines, security controls, and platform integrations are robust and reliable.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain clear documentation covering data sources, report logic, DAX calculations, security roles, and data model architecture.</li>
<li>Support self-service analytics by enabling reusable datasets, templates, and certified reports that empower business users.</li>
<li>Deliver training, guidance, and support materials to onboard users and improve Power BI adoption and data literacy.</li>
<li>Maintain version control, change logs, and deployment standards for Power BI assets to ensure traceability and governance.</li>
<li>Track and deliver measurable outcomes including on-time report delivery, high user adoption, fast report performance, strong data accuracy, and high stakeholder satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent refresh success rates, zero unauthorized data access incidents, and compliance with security and governance standards.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate and adopt new Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and analytics features through proofs of concept and iterative improvements.</li></ul> 


 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Power BI including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, report development, publishing, and performance optimization.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience designing and delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions, from requirement gathering through deployment and user adoption.</li>
<li>Advanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and optimizing relational data sources such as SQL Server or Azure SQL.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Power BI Service features including workspaces, apps, scheduled refresh, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Incremental Refresh.</li>
<li>Experience integrating multiple data sources such as Excel, SharePoint, APIs, cloud storage, and enterprise systems into unified analytical models.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts including star and snowflake schemas, data lakes, and analytical modeling best practices.</li>
<li>Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or other modern data platforms is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Experience implementing data validation, governance, compliance, and security practices within enterprise reporting environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data accuracy, consistency, and performance.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and agile team environments.</li>
<li>Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, features, and analytics best practices.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Relevant certifications are preferred, including Microsoft Certified: PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, or Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities

<li>Handle employee-related government processes, such as medical tests, fingerprint registration, and social insurance (GOSI).</li></ul> 


Public Relations &amp; Documentation
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, including the Ministry of Labor, GOSI, and Chamber of Commerce.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit reports related to government transactions and company compliance.</li>
<li>Support the HR, accounting and administrative teams with official documentation and legal formalities.</li></ul> 


Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent qualification.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Government Relations Officer or in a similar role in KSA.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently with government portals and online services (e.g., Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI).</li>
<li>Fluency in Arabic and English is required.</li>

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leverage modern cloud technologies to transform raw data into trusted, accessible insights. 


Key Responsibilities

 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications

<li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related roles, with proven experience building, supporting, and operating production-grade data pipelines.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including development, optimization, and operational support of Databricks-based data solutions.</li>
<li>Proven experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Microsoft Fabric for data ingestion, orchestration, and transformation.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Strong programming skills in Python for data transformation, automation, scripting, and pipeline development.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services related to data storage, compute, networking, and security.</li>
