Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps projects with a focus on extending Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps to suit business requirements.

Key Responsibilities 


Solution Development:
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and implement custom extensions and integrations for Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps.</li>
<li>Utilize C#, .NET, and other programming languages to develop high-quality code that meets business requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.</li></ul> 


System Integration:
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications).</li>
<li>Utilize Azure services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.</li>
<li>Implement and manage APIs for data exchange between systems.</li></ul> 


Technical Leadership:
<ul>
<li>Provide technical guidance and support to functional consultants and other team members.</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customizations and integrations.</li></ul> 


Project Involvement:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.</li>
<li>Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</li>
<li>Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.</li></ul> 


Support and Troubleshooting:
<ul>
<li>Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.</li>
<li>Collaborate with functional teams to address system functionality, fix bugs and implement enhancements.</li></ul> 


Qualifications and Skills 
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant serving international clients.</li>
<li>Scrum certifications or experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, PL-100, PL-200, PL-600) preferred.</li>
<li>Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Possesses and displays sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility.</li>
<li>Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps projects with a focus on Sales, Customer Service or Field Service, preferably for Oil &amp; Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare &amp; Life Sciences or Financial Services industries.

Key Responsibilities: 
Functional Expertise:
<ul>
<li>In-depth knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules &ndash; Sales, Customer Service or Field Service</li>
<li>Experience with Power Apps &ndash; Canvas and Model-driven, Dataverse and Power Automate</li>
<li>Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.</li> 
</ul>
 Business Process Analysis:
<ul>
<li>Conduct detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps to meet client needs.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver training programs to end-users to ensure effective adoption of the solution.</li></ul> 


Solution Design and Configuration:
<ul>
<li>Configure Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps modules according to best practices and client requirements.</li>
<li>Customize workflows, Power Automate Cloud Flows, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality and provide valuable insights</li></ul> 
Support and Troubleshooting:
<ul>
<li>Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical teams to address system performance issues and implement enhancements.</li></ul>
