Job OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Production Engineer for our Distribution Transformer Manufacturing Unit in Tenali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, quality control, team coordination, and process monitoring to ensure timely dispatch and compliance with IS standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning &amp; Control<ul><li>Execute daily production plans as per dispatch schedules</li><li>Coordinate with Winding, Core Building, Assembly, Oil Filling, Tanking, and Testing departments</li><li>Ensure timely availability of materials like copper, core laminations, tanks, bushings, and transformer oil</li></ul>Quality &amp; Process Monitoring<ul><li>Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with IS standards and company SOPs</li><li>Inspect components before assembly to maintain quality workmanship</li><li>Monitor productivity, efficiency, and reduce rework</li></ul>Team Coordination &amp; Safety<ul><li>Supervise technicians and shop-floor teams</li><li>Train workers on safety practices and process improvements</li><li>Ensure compliance with plant safety norms</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily production and material consumption reports</li><li>Report issues related to manpower, materials, or machinery</li><li>Assist during internal and external quality audits</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes</li><li>Hands-on experience in core-coil assembly, brazing, oil filling, tanking, and testing</li><li>Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
