About The Role</h2>

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Growth to help accelerate our product's impact by building and optimizing the systems that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

You'll be joining a highly collaborative, cross-functional team that works at the intersection of engineering, product, design, and data. This is a high-leverage role where your work will directly shape the company's growth trajectory. Own the engineering work that drives acquisition and lowers CAC: reliable measurement (client + server), durable identity across web/app, fast landing experiences and micro-tools, and the plumbing that enables rapid experiments and trustworthy attribution..

About The Role</h2>

In this role you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class web and mobile experience for providers, clinicians, and the many teams who rely on our platform every day to care for patients. You'll play a central role in evolving our provider-facing systems by building highly interactive components that support real-time data and scalable workflows, while ensuring our applications remain secure.

You'll work on initiatives that transform how providers operate: designing intuitive interfaces for complex clinical decision-making, building engaging ways for patients and clinicians to connect, and developing in-house solutions that replace or surpass off-the-shelf tools.
