 The role requires strong creativity, technical design knowledge, and excellent client-facing skills. The candidate must be able to clearly present and explain design concepts, provide professional design direction, and recommend suitable materials, products, and interior solutions based on the client's lifestyle, requirements, and budget.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 <ul>

 Develop complete interior design concepts for luxury villas and turnkey residential projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate client briefs and lifestyle requirements into clear, creative, and practical design solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare space plans, mood boards, concept presentations, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present and clearly explain design concepts, materials, and proposed solutions to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide clients through the design and selection process, providing clear direction and professional recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Select and recommend suitable materials, finishes, lighting, joinery, furniture, and interior products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop cohesive designs covering the full villa, including flooring, ceilings, walls, lighting, kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, joinery, furniture, and decorative elements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong knowledge of&nbsp;
 
 new materials, current and upcoming design trends, innovative products, and interior technologies
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate design requirements with technical designers, project managers, site teams, estimators, suppliers, and installation teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct site visits and provide design direction throughout project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the approved design concept and design intent are maintained from&nbsp;
 
 concept to completion
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve design-related challenges with practical and creative solutions.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 10+ years of experience in luxury residential villas, interior fit-out, or turnkey interior projects.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing the&nbsp;
 
 full interior design cycle from concept to completion
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and concept storytelling skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, lighting, joinery, and interior products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent awareness of&nbsp;
 
 new materials, design trends, innovative solutions, and emerging interior technologies
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 FF&amp;E expertise, including furniture, fabrics, finishes, and product selection, is a strong advantage.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury villas and high-end residential projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in&nbsp;
 
 AutoCAD and 3D software such as 3ds Max and SketchUp
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with rendering engines such as&nbsp;
 
 V-Ray, Enscape, or similar tools
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creativity, design sense, technical understanding, and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

 GCC or Qatar experience is an advantage.

 We are looking for a confident professional with a strong technical background in residential interior fit-out and exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate must be able to understand client requirements, recommend the best design and technical solutions, build trust, and successfully convert inquiries into signed contracts.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a sales-focused role. We are looking for a strong closer with proven experience in customer-facing sales and project closing. Arabic language is mandatory.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the Estimation team.

 <li>
 Manage the complete sales cycle from the initial inquiry through contract signing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, architects, consultants, and developers.

 Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Aluminum, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and customer records in the CRM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 Requirements

 Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field

 3 years of experience

 interior fit-out sales and residential interior projects

 <li>
 Strong technical knowledge of residential fit-out, including joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, interior doors, aluminum systems, materials, and finishes.

 <li>
 Proven ability to communicate confidently, build client trust, negotiate effectively, and consistently close high-value projects.

 <li>
 Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

 <li>
 Ability to understand architectural drawings and technical details.

 Site Engineer &ndash; Fit-Out, Joinery &amp; Aluminum
 
 Residential villas, to oversee site execution, coordinate installation teams, and ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works, including gypsum, flooring, wall finishes, glass, stone, ceilings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the installation of joinery works, including kitchens, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, vanities, custom furniture, and other bespoke woodwork.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise aluminum and glazing works, including doors, windows, sliding systems, curtain walls, pergolas, and entrance doors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and installation crews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor site progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

 Strong ability to read and understand architectural, shop, and fabrication drawings.
 </li>

 Good knowledge of joinery, aluminum systems, glazing, and interior finishing works, installation techniques.
