Are you a writer who can bring clarity to complexity and turn clinical into compelling? We&rsquo;re looking for a
healthcare-savvy copywriter who can combine storytelling with strategy &mdash; writing content that&rsquo;s human,
compliant, and effective.
You&rsquo;ll support a fast-paced, production-heavy environment, working on multiple healthcare deliverables
daily across platforms and audiences. From patients to providers, your words will build trust, simplify the
complex, and make a real impact &mdash; all while navigating tight deadlines and compliance standards like
HIPAA. 
WHAT YOU WILL DO&hellip;<ul><li>Understand diverse healthcare audiences and craft messaging that reflects their needs,</li></ul>
emotions, and levels of health literacy.<ul><li>Write clear, compelling, and compliant copy for a wide range of healthcare deliverables:</li></ul>
websites, emails, brochures, digital ads, patient education, and more.<ul><li>Produce high volumes of content in short timeframes &mdash; while upholding accuracy, voice, and</li></ul>
brand integrity.<ul><li>Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand and</li></ul>
regulatory guidelines &mdash; including HIPAA when applicable.<ul><li>Collaborate with strategy, design, compliance, and subject matter experts to create copy that</li></ul>
engages and informs.<ul><li>Adapt voice and tone for various audiences &mdash; from patients and caregivers to providers and</li></ul>
clinical stakeholders.<ul><li>Support B2B and B2C healthcare campaigns, including provider marketing, service-line</li></ul>
promotions, and awareness initiatives.<ul><li>Handle sensitive patient information responsibly and ensure all work aligns with HIPAA</li></ul>
standards and internal data privacy protocols when applicable. 
YOUR CREDENTIALS<ul><li>2+ years of professional experience writing copy, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or other</li></ul>
regulated industries.<ul><li>Experience working in a production-heavy environment with tight turnarounds and multiple</li></ul>
ongoing assignments.<ul><li>An understanding of HIPAA compliance and best practices for protecting patient privacy and</li></ul>
sensitive data in written materials.<ul><li>Experience simplifying complex medical concepts into plain-language copy that empowers and</li></ul>
informs.<ul><li>Strong attention to detail, especially when writing content that may contain or reference health</li></ul>
information.<ul><li>The ability to juggle multiple deadlines and adapt content across channels, audiences, and tones.</li><li>A collaborative spirit &mdash; able to present ideas clearly to stakeholders across creative,</li></ul>
compliance, and clinical teams.<ul><li>Bonus points if you&rsquo;ve worked with hospitals, health systems, payers, or health-tech brands.</li></ul></div>
