Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review project specifications, IFC drawings, BOQ, and contract documents for all MEP disciplines.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for technical clarifications and approvals.</li><li>Assist in preparing project schedules, material submittals, method statements, and work programs.</li><li>Supervise day-to-day site activities for Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical, and ELV systems.</li><li>Ensure installation works are carried out as per approved shop drawings and QA/QC requirements.</li><li>Monitor manpower allocation, subcontractor work progress, and productivity levels</li><li>Verify materials delivered at site and ensure compliance with approved submittals.</li><li>Ensure all MEP works follow quality standards and project specifications.</li><li>Maintain records of inspections, test reports, checklists, and site documentation.</li><li>Ensure all site works follow safety rules and company HSE policies.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe working practices at the site.</li><li>Attend site coordination meetings and resolve technical/site issues promptly.</li><li>Assist in planning and execution of testing and commissioning of all MEP systems.</li><li>Ensure systems meet performance requirements before final handover.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight delays, material shortages, and site issues.</li><li>Update the Project Manager on progress and challenges.</li></ul>3. Project Engineer (MEP) - ELV, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire , Electrical

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily installation of ELV systems including:</li><li>Fire Alarm System</li><li>CCTV &amp; Surveillance</li><li>Access Control</li><li>Public Address/BGM</li><li>Nurse Call System</li><li>Data &amp; Structured Cabling</li><li>IPTV/MATV</li><li>Building Management System (BMS)</li><li>Ensure all installations are completed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.</li><li>Monitor routing of conduits, cable trays, trunking, and raceways ensuring proper alignment and clearance.</li><li>Oversee installation of panels, devices, sensors, and equipment racks.</li><li>Coordinate with ELV engineers for design clarifications and technical instructions.</li><li>Work closely with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection supervisors to avoid clashes during installation.</li><li>Ensure all materials, cables, devices, and tools are available for daily work activities.</li><li>Support engineers in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.</li><li>Ensure cable terminations, labeling, and device installations follow QA/QC requirements.</li><li>Assist in system testing such as continuity, insulation, loop testing, device testing, and system integration checks.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>ITI/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (preferred).</li><li>2-4 years of experience as ELV Supervisor in MEP contracting.</li><li>Strong understanding of ELV systems, low-voltage cabling, and equipment installation.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret ELV drawings, schematics, and device layouts.</li><li>Familiarity with QA/QC processes and safety standards.</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Detail-oriented and quality-focused.</li><li>Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Team-oriented, proactive, and highly disciplined.</li><li>Willingness to work full-time at the project site.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>PROJECT EXECUTION: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Draftsman (ELV)

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare electrical shop drawings including lighting, power distribution, earthing, lightning protection, ELV systems (CCTV, access control, data, fire alarm), and equipment layouts.</li><li>Develop coordination drawings integrating architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting drawings.</li><li>Prepare single-line diagrams (SLDs) and schematic diagrams as advised by engineers.</li><li>Update drawings based on engineer comments and consultant/supervisor feedback.</li><li>Develop accurate as-built drawings at project close-out.</li><li>Coordinate with electrical engineers and site teams to reflect actual site conditions in drawings.</li><li>Resolve clashes in coordination with other MEP services.</li><li>Ensure drawings follow project specifications, IS/IEC standards, NFPA standards, and local authority guidelines.</li><li>Verify dimensions, levels, and technical details before submission.</li><li>Ensure revisions are incorporated promptly and accurately.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>ITI/Diploma in Draftsmanship or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>2-4 years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in MEP contracting.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems: LV/MV power distribution, lighting, earthing, ELV, nurse call systems, UPS, panels, etc.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Strong accuracy and drafting precision.</li><li>Team-oriented and proactive.</li><li>Willingness to work at site full-time.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
