Purchase Assistant (Female) &ndash; JD (Hi Grow Feeds)We are hiring a female Purchase Assistant to support procurement operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves handling both manual records and system-based entries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth flow of raw materials and packaging items used in feed production.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, packaging, and factory suppliesPrepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) &mdash; manual and system entriesMaintain vendor lists, price comparisons, and quotation recordsCoordinate with suppliers for delivery timelines, GRN follow-ups &amp; billingWork closely with store, production, and accounts departments for item verificationTrack inventory levels and share low-stock alertsMaintain documentation and filing of all procurement recordsUpdate cost sheets and support basic procurement reportsSkills Required Strong MS Excel &amp; system skillsUnderstanding of procurement cycles in manufacturingGood communication &amp; supplier coordination skillsOrganized with attention to detailAbility to manage both manual and ERP/system tasksExperience1&ndash;3 years in procurement or purchase supportExperience in manufacturing / FMCG / industrial sector preferredEducation: BA / B.ComLocation: Korangi 5 Karachi.Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
