We pride ourselves on fostering a culture that values collaboration, professionalism, and a genuine dedication to improving patient outcomes.What You&rsquo;ll Do: As a Medical Assistant at Modera, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients. *Please note: you may be assigned at one of our 3 locations: Frisco, Prosper, or Little Elm. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Assisting physicians in delivering patient care with a focus on compassion and efficiency.</li><li>Performing basic injections and other clinical tasks as directed by the physician.</li><li>Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records with exceptional attention to detail in charting.</li><li>Supporting the patient-physician relationship by addressing patient concerns and ensuring effective communication.</li><li>Preparing patients for examinations and procedures, including taking vital signs and obtaining medical histories.</li><li>Managing clinical supplies and ensuring exam rooms are clean and fully stocked.</li><li>Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality care.</li><li>Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.</li><li>Skills: Proficient in performing injections, charting, and using electronic medical records (EMR).</li><li>Attributes: A strong team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care.</li><li>Certifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.</li><li>Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.</li></ul>Why Join Modera?<ul><li>A supportive and collaborative team culture.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li><li>The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.</li></ul>How to Apply: If you are ready to bring your skills and passion for patient care to Modera, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
