As a Content Creator and Social Media personality for modern+chic, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate sales through <b>live selling and short form content.</b></div><div></div><div><br>
You will be working closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics. This role requires a passion for community, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices as well as high energy!</div><div></div><div><br>
You will work as a leader of a team, managing schedules, content, initiates and goal setting.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Content Creation and Live Selling:</i></div><br>

Lead and motivate team of live hosts and content creators</li><li>
Schedule with sellers and optimize live events</li><li>
Host live shopping events on TikTok and Live shopping channels.</li><li>
Create engaging and visually appealing content that showcases our bags and accessories, including photos, videos, and written posts.</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team and designers to develop captivating campaigns and promotions for paid ads channels.</li><li>
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and optimal timing.</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>
Community Engagement:</i></div><br>

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, maintaining a positive and professional brand image.</li><li>
Foster meaningful relationships with followers and influencers, encouraging user-generated content and brand advocacy.</li><li>
Initiate and participate in conversations related to fashion, handbags, and relevant industry topics to boost engagement.</li><li>

Analytics and Reporting:</i></div><br>

Qualifications:</b></div><br>

Experience as a Content Creator.</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including TikTok, algorithms, and best practices.</li><li>
Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Canva and Capcut.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>
Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and take calculated risks.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li><li>
