<div>Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem has an immediate opening for an Automotive Parts Stock Clerk. Join the team of talented parts professionals at Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem. Responsibilities for this position include:
<ul>
<li>Check in stock orders and put parts in the correct BINS locations.</li>
<li>Pull technician orders and dispatch them to the shop.</li>
<li>Receive, reconcile, and locate shipments from outside vendors.</li>
<li>Obtain parts from local vendors as needed via Company vehicle.</li>
<li>Help with inventory management of current and new parts.</li>
<li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Parts Department</li>
<li>Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.</li>
<li>Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up</li>
<li>Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery</li>
<li>Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry</li>
<li>Unloads truck each night, returning all paperwork and undelivered parts.</li>
</ul>
Qualified candidates will be highly organized and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Applicants may be asked occasionally to lift to 70 lbs. A High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications and Skills:
<ul>
<li>1+ year experience with automotive parts preferred.</li>
<li>Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task during peak demands</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and follow-up skills</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.</li>
