Date posted: April 15, 2026Pay Starting from: Rs90,000 -Rs130,000Job description:Location: Bahria Town RawalpindiDepartment: OperationsJob Type: Full-time (Duty timing 2PM to 10PM)JOB ROLE: REQUIRED FOR US ( NYC) BASED PROJECTS PLANNING AND CONTRACTS MANAGMENTOnly those candidates will be shortlisted who have experience in Primavera-6 and Contracts Management<ul><li>Program Development: Create and maintain detailed project schedules (Master Plan, Macro Plan, and Micro Plan) using tools like Primavera P6.</li><li>Methodology &amp; Sequencing: Determine the most efficient construction methodologies, logistics, and sequencing for work packages.</li><li>Progress Monitoring: Track site progress against the baseline schedule, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Resource Planning: Estimate and schedule labor, equipment, and material resources needed to keep the project on track. Go Construct +3</li><li>Coordination: Coordination with site team, Operations and Procurement team for update all data in time and submissions to the Client.</li><li>Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential legal or financial risks within contract clauses and developing strategies to minimize liability.</li><li>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in scheduling software (Primavera P6, and cost estimation tools.</li><li>Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with standard construction contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, AIA) and local building regulations.</li><li>Soft Skills: High-level analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>Please share your resume also with job title on info@mdcsmc.comJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
