<div></div><div><b>The Opportunity</b><br>
This is a hands-on role for a Digital Marketer who loves bringing strategy to life through content, campaigns, and design. You&rsquo;ll work directly with the Director of Brand Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and inbound interest across our key audiences.</div>
<div></div><div>You&rsquo;ll be involved in everything from email strategy and paid ads to event promotion and web optimization, ensuring our marketing efforts are cohesive, consistent, and performance-driven. This is not a &ldquo;sit and post&rdquo; kind of role, it&rsquo;s about helping build a marketing machine that supports the next stage of Modern Tax&rsquo;s growth.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels from audience targeting to performance tracking and reporting.</li>
<li>Oversee email marketing execution within HubSpot, building and scheduling campaigns, segmenting lists, and tracking engagement metrics.</li>
<li>Monitor and refine website performance partnering with our web team and agency to enhance user experience, conversion paths, and SEO fundamentals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with our digital designer to guide creative direction, ensure brand consistency, and align deliverables to campaign objectives.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain campaign dashboards that track digital KPIs, lead generation metrics, and ROI across channels.</li>
<li>Own Modern Tax&rsquo;s social presence, assist with content planning, post scheduling, and engagement tracking, ensuring our brand tone and visuals stay sharp.</li>
<li>Support in-person and digital event promotion managing registration pages, event assets, post-event follow-up sequences, and recap content.</li>
<li>Coordinate digital asset production from ad content and infographics to videos, one-pagers, and case studies.</li>
<li>Experiment and learn. Identify emerging trends, tools, or channels that could enhance campaign efficiency and performance.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Who You Are</b></div>
<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B or professional services.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of digital channels (social, email, paid, SEO, web).</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft environment (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.</li>
<li>Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Naturally curious and eager to learn new platforms and tools.</li>
<li>Confident communicator with a good sense of visual and brand alignment.</li>
<li>Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.</li>
