We combine design, logistics, and project management to help leading global brands shape their physical spaces.Our people work globally, regionally, and locally as part of a close-knit team in an informal work environment, focused daily on delivering projects in the most efficient and sustainable way.Your role - what you will do&middot; Microsoft 365 &amp; Identity- Manage and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity lifecycle.- Support hybrid identity (Active Directory + Entra ID).- Implement Zero Trust principles across identity and access.&middot; Endpoint &amp; Device Management- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.- Manage MDM/MAM policies, compliance rules, Autopilot, and secure device onboarding.- Standardize and automate device deployment and configuration.&middot; Security &amp; Compliance- Work with Microsoft Defender XDR (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps) to improve threat protection.- Support ISO 27001 processes through documentation, controls, and technical implementation.- Contribute to data governance using Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention).&middot; Collaboration &amp; Productivity- Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related M365 services.- Troubleshoot issues across the M365 ecosystem and ensure a stable, secure environment.&middot; Automation &amp; Documentation- Use PowerShell and Graph API to automate tasks and enforce governance.- Create clear technical documentation, runbooks, and end-user guides.How will you become successful in this role&middot; Prior experience working in a fast-paced global IT environment&middot; Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and nontechnical users&middot; An owner&rsquo;s mindset approach to your craft&middot; Utilize principles of agile development to attain an elevated quality of delivery&middot; Ability to interface seamlessly with a global, multicultural team (excellent collaboration skills, culturally aware, both internally and with customers)&middot; Helping a rock-solid scale-up proposition grow explosively&middot; Team player that can also work independently and unsupervisedYour Experience &amp; Skills&middot; Hands-on experience with:&middot; Microsoft 365 administration&middot; Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM)&middot; Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, compliance)&middot; Microsoft Defender XDR&middot; Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention)&middot; Hybrid Active Directory environments&middot; Experience contributing to ISO 27001 processes (documentation, controls, technical implementation)&middot; Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, devices, and cloud services&middot; Experience with PowerShell and automation&middot; Ability to create clear technical and end-user documentationWhat do we offer you?&middot; Salary in line with your education and experience&middot; A full-time position with the prospect of permanent employment&middot; Travel allowance &amp; free parking&middot; Pension scheme&middot; Company phone and laptop&middot; You primarily work in our office in Halfweg.
