Job Opportunity &ndash; Warehouse Officer (Clothing Brand Experience Required)We are hiring a Warehouse Officer (Raw Material &amp; Finished Goods) with prior experience in a clothing/fashion brand to join our team.Job Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Near Brooks Chowrangi, KarachiQualification: GraduateSalary Package: PKR 50,000 &ndash; 55,000Experience Required: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with a clothing brand, handling raw material and finished goods warehousesKey ResponsibilitiesRaw Material Warehouse<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials against delivery notes.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and proper documentation of fabrics and accessories.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/Excel.</li><li>Monitor storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.</li><li>Issue raw materials to production departments against approved requisitions.</li><li>Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts and reconcile physical stock with system balances.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement regarding shortages, excess, or defective materials.</li><li>Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with approved warehouse policies.</li></ul>Finished Goods Warehouse<ul><li>Receive finished garments from production with complete documentation.</li><li>Inspect quantity, quality, and packing before storage.</li><li>Allocate storage space efficiently to avoid mix-ups and damage.</li><li>Maintain inventory records of finished goods by style, size, color, and barcode.</li><li>Prepare finished goods for dispatch as per approved sales orders.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and transportation arrangements.</li><li>Manage packing, labeling, barcoding, and carton marking as per brand and client requirements.</li></ul>General Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain complete and accurate documentation (GRN, Return Notes, Stock Issuance, Delivery Challan).</li><li>Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs and best practices.</li><li>Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to management.</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits and ensure all records are updated.</li><li>Train warehouse staff on proper handling, record-keeping, and safety procedures.</li></ul>Interested candidates with relevant clothing brand experience are encouraged to apply by sharing their updated CV.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
