Job Description &ndash; Quantity Surveyor / Planning Engineer Position: Quantity Surveyor / Planning Engineer Experience Required: 5-12 Years Location: Jaipur Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: As per ExperienceKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and review BOQ, IPCs, IPAs, and subcontractor billing in compliance with contractual requirements.</li><li>Conduct project planning, scheduling, and monitoring .</li><li>Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and job cost reporting with a focus on cost optimization.</li><li>Conduct risk analysis, delay analysis, and critical path identification to support claims and variation orders.</li><li>Handle contractual correspondence, change of scope proposals, and EOT programs.</li><li>Prepare and validate DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), weekly/monthly progress reports, and mitigation plans.</li><li>Perform material reconciliation (cement, aggregates, steel, fly ash, admixtures, etc.) and control wastage.</li><li>Draft General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) and review BBS (Bar Bending Schedules) for RCC structures.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution and project compliance.</li><li>Support resource planning including manpower, machinery hiring, and procurement planning.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Tools<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Road Estimator, MS Office (Advanced).</li><li>knowledge of MoRTH and IRC specifications.</li><li>Expertise in project monitoring, cost control, and claim preparation.</li><li>Ability to analyse and optimize resources to meet project timelines.</li><li>Qualifications</li><li>B.E.
