<b>JOB SUMMARY:</b></div>
<div>This position is synonymous with a &ldquo;Journeyman&rdquo; position in the trades. This position has 5 or more years of experience and is considered to have mastery knowledge of commercial plumbing and will be site based at the mine in Pinto Valley, AZ<br>
<br>
<b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Assists with daily guidance, training, and direction to the plumbing crew.</li>
<li>Performs work under minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher level staff.</li>
<li>Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to project specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, fixtures and boilers for hydronic heating, water, drainage systems, and medgas.</li>
<li>Adheres to project safety and job quality by performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures.</li>
<li>Maintains a professional demeanor with field team, general contractors, owners/customers, and vendors to support a positive work environment.</li>
<li>Makes decisions by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.</li>
<li>Ability to review and interpret blueprints, plans, manuals, building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures.</li>
<li>Good analytical skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.</li>
<li>Possesses good communication skills with an ability to follow directions.</li>
<li>High level of manual dexterity and an ability to lift and move heavy objects.</li>
<li>Physical stamina required.</li>

Service Plumber IV- Site based (Pinto Valley AZ)

<div><div><b>TITLE: Project Manager</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:</b></div>
<div>The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of superintendents and field personnel to deliver exceptional quality and customer service to our clients. The PM will be closely working with upper management to understand the goals and direction of Pueblo Mechanical and lead their team to generate profits.</div>
<ul><li>Develop workable solutions to ensure issues never become problems.</li>
<li>Study bid documents and determine potential issues or opportunities before the project begins.</li>
<li>Study drawings and develop schedules that will meet budget.</li>
<li>Work with preconstruction services staff and other operations personnel to ensure project goals and milestones are met.</li>
<li>Review scope of subcontractors and identify any potential risks or omissions.</li>
<li>Create and promote open communication of project team as well as owner/client.</li>
<li>Track project budgets and identify any shortcomings or pitfalls within a project, also identify any opportunities to increase profit.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy in the budget projections.</li>
<li>Organize and attend coordination and site meetings with owners and/or meetings as assigned.</li>
<li>Maintain written documentation involving important changes in project scope, execution or cost.</li>
<li>Develop the objectives and goals for team members.</li>
<li>Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Ensure that job processes are followed in accordance with company policies.</li>
<li>Ensure company contractual standards are being met prior to performing work.</li>
</ul><div><b>QUALITY ASSURANCE:</b></div>
<ul><li>Ensure quality of work meets and/or exceeds acceptable industry standards.</li>
<li>Complete Quality Assurance analysis on projects to prevent call backs and warranty work.</li>
<li>Complete job-site walks with clients to ensure complete satisfaction.</li>
</ul><div><b>BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Proactively build and maintain relationships with current and future clients as well as develop relationships with subcontractors to support future growth and opportunities.</li>
<li>Initiate new projects with architects, engineers, owners, and general contractors.</li>
<li>Proactively communicate with entire construction team at all times.</li>
<li>Recruit high caliber personnel; participate in the hiring, training and supervision of same.</li>
<li>Recognize and track the progress of employees; delegate appropriately to team members and manage multiple project teams successfully.</li>
</ul><div>Client Relationships:</div>
<ul><li>Proactively build and maintain relationships with current and future clients. Proactively communicate with entire construction team at all times.</li>
</ul><div>Subcontractor Relationships:</div>
<ul><li>Proactively develop relationships with subcontractors to support future growth and opportunities.</li>
<li>Be proactive when scheduling subcontractors to ensure overall success of the project.</li>
</ul><div><b>HUMAN RESOURCES:</b></div>
<ul><li>Recognize and track the progress of employees, and properly nominate individuals for promotions and/or incentive bonuses.</li>
<li>Assist with interviewing prospective employees, and make recommendations as requested by the General Superintendent.</li>
</ul><div><b>SAFETY</b>:</div>
<ul><li>Assures all Pueblo Mechanical and project specific safety requirements are met.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring all staff have their personal protection equipment on at all times.</li>
<li>Coordinate with safety officer for jobsite visits and ensuring a safe jobsite.</li>
</ul><div><b>GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated and punctual.</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.</li>
<li>Must be professional in appearance and speech.</li>
<li>Experience with government facilities a plus.</li>

Project Manager -HVAC

<div><div><b>TITLE: Controls Technician III</b><br>
<b>REPORTS TO: Director - Controls</b><br>

<b>JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:</b><br>
The Controls Technician III is an experienced technician, and he/she is expected to be capable of all of the Technician II responsibilities but also must be certified in controls programming of BACnet Advance Application Controllers and be certified and considered proficient in programming and Niagara AX or N4 as well as IT computer networking. This position is also capable of all diagnostics, repair and programming in the field. This position will also oversee the more complicated jobs involving subcontractors as well as function as the foreman for self-performed work.<br>
<br>
The Controls Technician will be involved in many areas of Building Automation and Energy Management Controls, and will perform duties in Controls Service, Construction Startup and Controls Programming.</div>
<ul><li>Niagara AX certification a must.</li>
<li>In depth knowledge of HVAC systems, as well as controls programming, start-up and commissioning.</li>
<li>On site performance to assure projects are completed in a professional manner and on time.</li>
<li>Perform job duties in timely manner and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Support others in the controls and mechanical service division to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Conducts project reviews with owners on an ongoing and closeout basis.</li>
<li>Project closeout to include preparing documents and obtaining letters of satisfaction from our customer.</li>
<li>Monthly evaluation of job costs and costs to complete projections.</li>
<li>Produces effective &amp; professional documentation of project activities.</li>
<li>Participates in weekly production meetings.</li>
<li>Promptly address customers&rsquo; needs and immediately report all issues that are of an urgent nature to Controls Engineer and/or Director - Controls.</li>
<li>Respond to customers by identifying needs, providing solutions to meet project objectives.</li>
<li>Coordinate activities of subcontractors to maintain project schedules.</li>
<li>Provide internal project updates to other departments/management to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and within customer expectations.</li>
<li>Provide site superintendent support as directed.</li>
<li>Assist with processing of all plans, submittals and O&amp;M Manuals.</li>
<li>Provide Director of Controls and Project Manager weekly e-mail updates regarding project status.</li>
<li>Ensure established company project delivery policies/procedures are enforced at all times; develop new and enhanced procedures when required.</li>
<li>Ensure all assigned work is conducted in a safe and effective manner.</li>
<li>Effectively and tactfully resolve project problems in a timely manner via frequent and clear communications with owners, subcontractors, design professionals, vendors, and other individuals involved with the project.</li>
