<div>The Data Migration Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, validating, and reconciling data migrations from legacy systems into ERP and operational platforms. This role ensures that historical and transactional data is migrated accurately, completely, and in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.</div>

<div></div><div><b>Key responsibilities</b></div>
<div><b>Migration planning and execution</b></div>
<ul><li>Analyze legacy data sources and assess data readiness for migration.</li>
<li>Develop data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) plans aligned to target systems.</li>
<li>Build and execute migration scripts, tools, and repeatable migration processes.</li>
<li>Perform mock conversions and final production cutovers.</li>
</ul><div><b>Data mapping and transformation</b></div>
<ul><li>Create detailed source-to-target mapping documents.</li>
<li>Apply transformation rules, data cleansing logic, and enrichment where required.</li>
<li>Validate that migrated data aligns with target ERP configuration and business rules.</li>
</ul><div><b>Data validation and reconciliation</b></div>
<ul><li>Perform row-level and aggregate reconciliations pre- and post-migration.</li>
<li>Validate financial balances, open transactions, and historical records.</li>
<li>Partner with finance and operations teams to confirm business signoff.</li>
<li>Document issues, resolutions, and lessons learned for reuse.</li>
</ul><div><b>ERP and OpCo rollout support</b></div>
<ul><li>Support phased ERP and OpCo migrations.</li>
<li>Participate in cutover planning and execution.</li>
<li>Support hypercare by resolving migration-related defects and data issues.</li>
<li>Maintain migration runbooks and documentation.</li>
</ul><div><b>Required qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>5+ years of experience performing data migrations for ERP or large enterprise systems.</li>
<li>5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and data transformation techniques.</li>
<li>Experience migrating data from accounting, project, or operational systems.</li>
<li>Strong reconciliation and validation skills, especially for financial data.</li>
<li>Ability to work under cutover timelines with precision and discipline.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Experience migrating from mid market systems such as Sage, Great Plains, QuickBooks, or similar.</li>
<li>Experience supporting ERP systems such as BuildOps, Procore, or comparable platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with ETL tools, scripting, or migration frameworks.</li>
<li>Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-company data migrations.</li>
</ul><div><b>Success measures</b></div>
<ul><li>Accurate, repeatable migrations with minimal rework.</li>
<li>Clean cutovers with validated financial and operational data.</li>
<li>Reduced hypercare issues tied to legacy data.</li>

Data Migration Specialist

<div><p><b>Assistant Project Manager - HVAC
</b></p><p>The <b>Assistant Project Manager - HVAC</b> supports the successful execution of HVAC and integrated mechanical projects. This role assists in coordinating project activities, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while focusing on HVAC system design, installation, and performance within commercial and critical environments. The position contributes to delivering high-performance, sustainable mechanical outcomes for clients.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing HVAC-related projects, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, ductwork, piping, and integration with building infrastructure.</li>
<li>Support development and maintenance of project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools.</li>
<li>Track project costs, prepare cost projections, monitor budgets, and assist in identifying and managing variances, change orders, or value engineering opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., field technicians, engineers, installers, subcontractors), vendors, and clients to ensure timely procurement, submittals, approvals, fabrication, and installation of HVAC equipment and components.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress through regular site visits, report on status, risks, issues, safety compliance, and performance metrics to the Project Manager and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Assist in quality control/assurance processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, company standards, codes (e.g., ASHRAE, IMC), regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Help manage documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change requests, submittals, as-built drawings, and project close-out packages.</li>
<li>Support risk identification and mitigation efforts related to HVAC scope, equipment performance, technical integration, and project delivery.</li>
<li>Contribute to client communication, attend progress meetings, and provide updates on HVAC system status, commissioning, and performance.</li>
<li>Participate in project handover, system startup/commissioning support, testing/balancing coordination, and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, or field/operations roles within HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or related industries.</li>
<li>Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV systems, rooftop units, piping/ductwork) and integration with building envelopes or other trades preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and risk management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word); experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and clients.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to project sites as required and work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Skills &amp; Attributes</b></h3>
<ul><li>Knowledge of sustainable HVAC practices, energy efficiency standards (e.g., LEED, energy modeling), and critical environment technologies (e.g., healthcare, data centers).</li>
<li>Experience in commercial construction or service environments (e.g., healthcare, education, municipal, industrial).</li>
<li>OSHA 10/30 certification or relevant safety training in construction/mechanical fields.</li>
