You will&hellip;<ul><li>
Take charge of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.</li><li>
Effectively communicates all pre-employment requirements to new hires, providing clear instructions and guidance.</li><li>
Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and screenings by new hires, monitoring progress through platforms like Smartsheet.</li><li>
File and organize preemployment documents, maintaining a systematic record-keeping system.</li><li>
Conduct check-ins with new hires at 15 and 30 days of employment to address any concerns and facilitate integration.</li><li>
Perform and track various background checks for both pre-employment and renewal purposes.</li><li>
Uses various Human Resource platforms such as ADP, iCIMS, and i9 Advantage.</li><li>
Respond to and process assigned tickets from the internal ticketing system promptly and efficiently.</li><li>
Actively participates in team meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration within the team.</li><li>
Contribute to the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the onboarding process.</li><li>
Maintain access to and ensure the security of highly sensitive materials, upholding confidentiality standards.</li><li>
Ensure the maintenance of project productivity and quality goals, striving for continuous improvement.</li><li>
Communicate with team members and departmental managers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.</li><li>
Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.</li></ul>

High School Diploma required.</li><li>
Two (2) plus years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish/English</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
An energetic pace along with a positive attitude.</li><li>
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with VRI team members.</li><li>
Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time.</li></ul>
Salary: $17.00-$22.00/Hour</div></div></div></div>

Modivcare is looking for a Claims Specialist I to join our team. This position is responsible for processing and managing claims submitted by providers, including verifying the accuracy and completeness of documentation and attachments.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
This role&hellip;</h2><ul><li>
Reviews incoming claims and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Inputs claim data and pertinent information into the claims processing system.</li><li>
Reviews company policies to determine coverage and assess the validity of claims.</li><li>
Uses standard scripts or form letters to request missing information.</li><li>
Applies established guidelines and policies to determine claim eligibility and process accordingly.</li><li>
Communicates with providers when necessary to obtain additional information or clarify claim details.</li><li>
Adheres to departmental policies, deadlines, and procedures for claim handling.</li><li>
Reports suspected fraudulent claims to the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) department.</li><li>
May participate in special projects or perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Salary: $14 - $16.50/hr
