We are an engineering company in Dubai and we are urgently looking for a female receptionist cum secretary.Duties:<ul><li>Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.</li><li>Prepare letters ( correspondence , submittal and covering letters ) &amp; minutes of meetings .</li><li>Filing and archiving documents(document control).</li><li>Answer (screening ) phone calls, receiving visitors, schedule meetings, send invoices, and follow up payments with clients.</li><li>Must be smart and Flexible, with the ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and politely with staff, clients and visitors.</li><li>Assist the Admin and Accounts department.</li><li>Organize &amp; arrange papers in the manager's office.</li><li>Basic office accounts.</li><li>Basic computer operations including MS office - (Word, Excel ) is a must</li><li>Preferably a female who can speak Tagalog &amp; Fluent in English.</li><li>Can join immediately.</li></ul>Salary will be discussed during the Interview.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Secretary and receptionist: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tagalog (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

We Modular Design Engineering Consultants are seeking a polite, organized, and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, handle administrative tasks, and support smooth office operations.Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk &amp; Visitor Management<ul><li>Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>Manage visitor logs and issue access passes where applicable.</li><li>Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Correspondence<ul><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official communications.</li><li>Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.</li></ul>3. Administrative Support<ul><li>Schedule appointments and meetings</li><li>Maintain and update office files, records, and databases.</li><li>Assist management with daily administrative tasks and office coordination.</li></ul>4. Office Coordination &amp; Supplies<ul><li>Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and logistics.</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.</li></ul>5. Confidentiality &amp; Professionalism<ul><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Maintain professionalism in all internal and external interactions.</li></ul>6. UAE Compliance &amp; Standards<ul><li>Ensure all office practices comply with UAE labor laws and workplace regulations.</li><li>Be aware of cultural sensitivities and promote a professional environment suitable for the UAE workplace.</li></ul>7.
