The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion.</li><li>Supervise site operations and ensure work progress is aligned with project schedules and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and health &amp; safety compliance.</li><li>Resolve project-related issues and ensure efficient resource allocation.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, company standards, and contractual requirements.</li><li>Review project reports, technical drawings, and construction documentation.</li><li>Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals effectively.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the UAE is mandatory.</li><li>Proven experience as a Construction Manager handling large-scale building and infrastructure projects.</li><li>Must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority requirements, and project management.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>UAE Driving License is preferred.</li><li>Immediate joiners will be an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Construction Manager – Construction Project Site (UAE)

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Planning Engineer to join a leading construction company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring large-scale construction projects across the UAE for at least 5 years.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.</li><li>Prepare baseline programs, recovery programs, and revised schedules as required.</li><li>Track project progress and analyze schedule performance against the baseline plan.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and delay analysis reports.</li><li>Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.</li><li>Monitor resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials.</li><li>Support tender planning, cost estimation, and project scheduling during the bidding stage.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and company standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5* years of experience in the UAE construction industry*.</li><li>Proven experience working as a Senior Planning Engineer in large construction firms.</li><li>Strong expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling and project controls.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with large-scale infrastructure, building, or civil projects in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project planning, delay analysis, and claims preparation.</li></ul>Kindly note that a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience is required for this position.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
