Company: Modular Interiors LLC Location: UAE Job Type: Full-timeJob DescriptionModular Interiors LLC is seeking a skilled Interior Fit-Out Supervisor with strong knowledge of MEP, civil works, and interior fit-out execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating subcontractors, and achieving project deadlines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage complete interior fit-out works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery installation, and finishing.</li><li>Oversee MEP activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and ensure proper coordination with civil and interior teams.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and ensure execution as per approved shop drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers for smooth workflow.</li><li>Plan and allocate daily manpower, materials, and tools as per project requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with UAE standards.</li><li>Resolve on-site technical issues related to MEP, civil, and interior works.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.</li><li>Monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors.</li><li>Attend coordination meetings and communicate project updates effectively.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 10 years experience in Interior Fit-Out Supervision within the UAE.</li><li>Strong hands-on knowledge of MEP, Civil, and Interior Fit-Out activities.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret MEP, civil, and interior drawings.</li><li>knowledge of joinery installation</li><li>Strong understanding of installation standards for electrical works, plumbing, HVAC, partitions, gypsum works, and finishing.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiar with UAE authorities and safety standards.</li><li>ability to handle multiple projects at a time.</li><li>Knowledge of joinery materials, such as MDF, HDF, plywood, veneers, laminates, hardware, and adhesives.</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Must be currently in UAE.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred).</li><li>Ability to join immediately is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have as an Interior Fit-Out Supervisor?</li><li>Have you worked in UAE interior fit-out projects (offices, retail, villas, restaurants, commercial spaces)?</li><li>Do you have experience supervising gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery installation, and finishing works?</li><li>Are you able to inspect and ensure quality of work according to standards?</li><li>Do you have a valid UAE Driving License?</li></ul>
