Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out sector.</li><li>Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs assessments to understand project requirements.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.</li><li>Work closely with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations.</li><li>Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and successfully close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities; provide regular feedback to management.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries, leads, and ongoing project requirements to secure conversions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 4+ years of proven sales experience in the Dubai interior fit-out industry.</li><li>Strong network of clients, consultants, contractors, and developers within the UAE market.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet sales targets.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Knowledge of fit-out project execution, materials, and technical processes.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE building regulations, authority approval requirements, and project documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have previous experience in sales for interior fit out?</li><li>Please mention previous drawn salary</li></ul>
