Job Title: Architecture &amp; Interior Designer (Temporary)Company: Modular Interiors LLC Location: UAE Job Type: Temporary (internship)visa type: own visa/sponsored visaJob Description: Modular Interiors LLC is looking for a motivated and creative Architecture &amp; Interior Design Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about design, eager to gain hands-on experience, and willing to work on real-time projects across residential, office, and retail spaces.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in preparing 2D &amp; 3D drawings and design concepts</li><li>Support space planning and detailed joinery drawings</li><li>Work on DCD and DSO drawings as required</li><li>Conduct site measurements and develop drawings in CAD</li><li>Assist in creating mood boards and client presentations</li><li>Support material selection and finishes coordination</li><li>Help with BOQs with accurate quantity take-offs</li><li>Maintain records of approved materials and samples</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or equivalent 2D/3D software</li><li>Basic knowledge of space planning and interior detailing</li><li>Understanding of joinery drawings is an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of DCD/DSO regulations is a plus</li><li>Ability to take site measurements and translate into drawings</li><li>Familiarity with materials, finishes, and presentation techniques</li><li>Basic understanding of BOQ preparation</li><li>Good organizational and documentation skills</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Exposure to residential, office, or retail interior projects (academic or internship)</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Creative thinking and attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines</li></ul>Work Location: In person
