The role involves extensive fieldwork, lead generation, client visits, and coordination with the design and sales teams. This position requires 100% travelling using a personal two-wheeler.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Visit residential areas, apartments, builders, and commercial locations to generate leads.</li><li>Promote modular kitchen and interior design services through field marketing activities.</li><li>Coordinate with channel partners, architects, builders, and brokers.</li><li>Conduct product awareness and brand promotion activities.</li><li>Follow up with prospective clients and schedule design consultations.</li><li>Maintain daily activity reports and lead tracking.</li><li>Support sales closures by coordinating with the design team.</li><li>Meet monthly and quarterly marketing targets.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Any H.S Pass /Graduate / Diploma Holder (Marketing or related field preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or sales (interiors preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and convincing skills.</li><li>Good local area knowledge.</li><li>Self-motivated and result-oriented.</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements<ul><li>100% travelling ability to other states as well.</li><li>Personal bike with valid driving license.</li><li>Willingness to work in field-based, target-oriented environment.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Experience in interior design, modular kitchen, or real estate marketing.</li><li>Ability to build strong local networks.</li><li>Basic understanding of interior products and services.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
