Transportation Coordinator (2nd Shift) &ndash; Haines City, FLMoeller Trucking, Inc is a family owned and operated trucking and logistics company that operates 350 trucks and 500 trailers throughout the United States, moving 60,000 truckloads (2.5 billion pounds!) of food product annually. We are growing and seeking a full-time Transportation Coordinator to work 2nd shift at our new Haines City, FL location. Hours would be Tuesday &ndash; Friday; every third Saturday 11:00am - 9:00pm.The Transportation Coordinator would have the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Work with load planning teams to help with efficiencies within the Haines City operations.</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and messages from drivers and dispatchers and address those requests</li><li>Communicate via email, web, and phone with customers on tracking and issues resolutions</li><li>Complete and close out loads as they deliver in different customer portals and company transportation management systems</li><li>Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointment times</li><li>Manage paperwork, and Bill of Ladings</li><li>Trailer assignments for drivers</li><li>Additional responsibilities and growing assignments over time</li></ul>Benefits and Compensation:<ul><li>Detail-oriented, professional attitude, organized, and level-headed</li><li>Ability to manage problems as they arise</li><li>Dependable, willing and ready to work every day</li><li>Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills</li><li>Excellent typing and computer skills including Microsoft Word &amp; Outlook</li><li>Associate's degree preferred, but not required</li><li>1 year experience in transportation or trucking field preferred, but not required</li><li>3 weeks paid time off (full-time)</li><li>7 paid holidays (full-time)</li></ul>Please submit resume to humanresources @ moellertrucking.com or call us at 419-925-4799.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Haines City, FL 33844: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
