 We're seeking an Associate to manage the public relations and client servicing for Entertainment clients. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations for your clients - Formulate and implement monthly plans, strategize for events and activities, and cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Client Servicing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring you are fully informed on all relevant client details.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and finalize all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strict adherence to all deadlines and client deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights through various channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay well-informed about industry developments that impact clients and use this knowledge to enhance client engagements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Media &amp; Influencer Relations:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Represent both the client and the firm in all interactions with media and influencers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze trends in traditional and digital media to identify new opportunities for client exposure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze media coverage of your clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular outreach to media and influencers, fostering positive relationships.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Documentation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure all client documentation is of the highest quality and free of errors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop content ranging from press releases, press notes, press snippets, listicles, spokesperson&rsquo;s responses, speeches, authored articles based on and accurately reflecting the brand&rsquo;s editorial messaging, objective, brand image, services, and offerings
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Digital &amp; Social Media:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Demonstrate a strong understanding of visual communications, social media, and the digital landscape, integrating these channels into client programs effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed on emerging digital trends and technologies, applying them to client strategies as appropriate.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Partnerships:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and pursue opportunities for client partnerships, sponsorships, and events on an ongoing basis.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field
 
 
 &bull; 1 to 3 years of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment industry
 
 
 &bull; Strong writing and verbal communication skills
 
 
 &bull; Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of the local market and media landscape
