<div>The Lead Planning and Program Manager is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and professional duties in connection with the development of conceptual space plans, to support capital project construction and related operational activities for the division of Space Planning &amp; Programming. This role will work directly with the leadership team in Planning, Design, and Construction along with other leaders within the organization in relation to facilities improvements, and space utilization. 
This position will participate in the execution of all Campus Master Space Plans in regard to new construction and remodeling of existing space. This role will create and present views into the overall plans, vision and targeted projects to Senior Leadership and Stakeholders. The Lead Planning and Program Manager will lead efforts in determining high level requirements along with preparation of visuals including options that align with the Campus Master Plans. Responsible for coordinating with other planning and design team members along with organizational partners to better understand campus-wide space utilization, develop concepts to maximize facility use and make recommendations.
Ideal Candidate:
<ul><li>Experience with regulatory compliance such as Fire Marshal, Code Enforcement, ADA, AHCA, CMS, The Joint Commission.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints</li>
<li>Architecture or Interior Design</li>
<li>Lean, Six Sigma and or Process Improvement</li>
<li>PMP, CSM or other Project Management</li>
<li>Master's Degree Business, Planning or Healthcare Related Field</li>
</ul>
Minimum Education
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree - Business, Planning or Healthcare related field.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Experience Required:
A minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in conceptual space planning through implementation in healthcare, research lab, administrative and/or large campus facilities is required. Three (3) years' experience (may be inclusive of other experience) of project management and leading teams to recommendations and solutions is required.
Above experience must also include: 
1) evaluating and independently summarize needs and key information along with creation sketches, and/or test fits. 
2) conducting long term planning and programming.
Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required

skills.</li>
<li>Requires attention to detail while still maintaining a big picture orientation.</li>

<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as ability to facilitate a team to defined outcomes in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Lead decision making process with fiscal accountability and responsibility, while making independent decisions on solving problems creatively.</li>
<li>Demonstrated written, verbal, interpersonal, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Working proficiency with MS Office.</li>

LEAD SPACE PLANNING PROGRAM MANAGER

The Change Communications Manager leads communication strategies that guide the organization through significant operational, clinical and technological advancements and change across key stakeholder populations. The position partners directly with executive leadership, serving as a strategic advisor and expert storyteller. In addition, the manager functions as an organizational patient communication expert, ensuring messaging is clear, accessible, compassionate, and aligned with Moffitt&rsquo;s commitment to exceptional patient care. 

Credential and Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications.</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Minimum five (5) years' experience working with organizational leadership groups to develop executive and organizational communications and executing internal, corporate or external communications or related strategies for engaging large populations of people in a health care, community, public relations or related environment.</li></ul> 

Responsibilities:
Lead Communication Planning for Strategic Efforts
<ul><li>Develop and execute communication strategies for major clinical, operational, and organizational initiatives.</li>
<li>Build communication plans that support awareness, readiness behavior change, and sustained adoption.</li>
<li>Collaborate with MMG leadership, clinical operations, hospital operations, and project teams to ensure messaging reflects real-world impacts and organizational priorities.</li>
<li>Maintain communication calendars, message maps, and stakeholder matrices.</li>
<li>Gather feedback, track communication effectiveness, and adjust plans accordingly.</li>
<li>Support real-time communication needs during critical operational changes and major milestones.</li></ul> 

Develop Leadership Communications
<ul><li>Draft messages, presentations, updates, and briefings for the Physician-in-Chief and Chief Operating Officer.</li>
<li>Build communication plans that enhance leadership visibility and alignment across MMG and hospital operations.</li>
<li>Advise senior leaders on communication tone, timing, and approach.</li></ul> 

Create Content and Messaging
<ul><li>Create compelling content including emails, FAQs, presentations, intranet articles, talking points, and system-wide announcements.</li>
<li>Translate complex clinical, operational, and technical information into audience-appropriate messaging.</li>
<li>Maintain consistency in tone, brand, and voice across all channels.</li></ul> 

Lead Patient Communications Planning and Coordination
<ul><li>Lead strategy, planning, and development of patient-facing communication for major initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop patient letters, FAQs, signage, website content, social media messaging, and appointment-related materials.</li>
<li>Work with Patient Experience, Clinics, Operations, and Marketing to ensure communications are empathetic and easy to understand.</li></ul> 

Lead Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination
<ul><li>Provide communication guidance and regular updates to project sponsors, clinical leaders, and executives.</li>
<li>Facilitate message-alignment sessions, briefings, and communication-focused meetings.</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and accurate information flow.</li></ul>
