Candidate would be responsible for the supply chain function along with the logistics operations in Plant.Role Responsibiltis:&middot; Plan and monitor daily logistic operations for both inbound and outbound movements.&middot; FTL (Full Truck load) Background will be must with Bitumen transporter handling.&middot; Coordinate with transporters, LSPs, and internal teams for smooth dispatches and deliveries.&middot; Ensure vehicle placement, route planning, and load optimization as per schedule.&middot; Track shipments and ensure timely delivery with proper documentation (POD, invoice, e-way bill, etc.).&middot; Handle escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.&middot; Manage freight reconciliation and vendor coordination for billing and payment follow-ups.&middot; Maintain and update logistics trackers, MIS reports.&middot; Look at the plant logistics activities including material unloading/loading supervision.&middot; Monitor compliance with company safety and transport policiesQualification &amp; Experience:&middot; Minimum 2 + years of work experience logistics operations in Plant.&middot; Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, plant ops. management).&middot; Must be open to travel&middot; Graduate from a reputed institute.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your current location ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
