<div>Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Part-Time Showroom Sales Specialist to join our TEAM! As the Part-Time Showroom Sales Specialist , we need someone to provide interior design and product selection advice, product expertise, and thorough follow-up to facilitate customer experience and influence sales/purchasing decisions. Uses the showroom as a selling tool to drive specifications, sales, and brand awareness.

This is a Part-Time position (MAX 29 HOURS) &amp; Saturday work required.

Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provides interior design advice and product expertise, facilitates tile and stone selection, and project development/support, ensuring the completion of selection/sales for all customers. Where applicable, utilizing Auto-CAD Project Management.
</li>
<li>Logs all client showroom visits, contact information, and detailed customer preference and selection notes in CMT. Effectively communicates with customers and internal team members to follow the lead and ensure tracking/follow-up and sales closure. Reports sales closures monthly.
</li>
<li>Prospects for new business with an emphasis on Custom Builders and Residential Designers. Makes outside sales calls as needed and follows up on leads to grow and drive business. Logs all customer showroom visits/appointments, contact information, and detailed customer preference and selection notes in CMT.
</li>
<li>Maintains showroom samples and merchandising, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining models and displays. Ships customer examples as needed to drive sales. Maintains contact with suppliers/locally sourced vendors to keep current on design and product offerings and complies with Marketings standards for proper showroom merchandising, including new product launches and drops.
</li>
<li>Plans and hosts showroom tours and small and large events for industry trade to drive customer sales. Attends outside trade events to develop industry relationships and build brand awareness.

<li>Evening and weekend hours are required.

</ul>Experience and Knowledge Required
<ul>
<li>A four-year degree in a related field, four years of related experience, or a combination of a two-year degree with two years of related experience.
</li>
<li>Competencies: Sales/Customer engagement/Customer service, Design/sketching/reading blueprints/Auto-CAD a plus/color coordination/interior design trends/customer buying habits/creative thinking.
</li>
<li>Ability to approach unfamiliar situations and conceptualize innovative and imaginative solutions easily, using creative skills to document and sell them to clients.
</li>
<li>Computer skills MS Office, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Customer management tools a plus.
</li>
<li>Excellent oral, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers, team members, management, and other internal and external customers to build positive interpersonal relationships with various business partners.

The Multi-Craft Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and systems. This role requires expertise in both mechanical and electrical disciplines, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.

<div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other plant equipment.</li>
<li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.</li>
<li>Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical wiring, control systems, and mechanical components.</li>
<li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>

Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, etc.) and electrical systems (480V, 3-phase, controls, PLCs).</li>
<li>Ability to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>Must be able to work in a hot, cold, noisy, and dusty industrial environment.</li>
