Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative II to join our TEAM! As the Customer Service Representative, we need someone ready to provide a variety of support, such as servicing walk-in customers, answering customer inquiries, providing samples, and completing sales transactions.

Primary Objective

To ensure effective and efficient coordination between the Company and its customers with a high level of service and support.

Primary Function and Scope
<ul>
<li>Provides customer account management which may include, but is not limited to, order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
</li>
<li>Responsible for keying in orders, processing faxes and preparation of reports.
</li>
<li>Interfaces with various groups including, but not limited to, internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
</li>
<li>Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
</li>
</ul>Experience and Knowledge Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.

3+ years call center or customer service experience. Focus on customer account management preferred. Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.

Competencies

Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization are required. Good voice quality that is conversational and professional. Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards. Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills is required. Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship-building skills. Must have a moderate level of computer skills in Word and Excel. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and manage time effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear. The associate must have the ability to regularly lift up to 15-30 lbs and at certain times, you may be required to safely lift up to 70 lbs. Tile boxes or other material that are longer than 36 inches or more than 70 lbs. in weight require a team lift. Position Title: SAP GRC Architect

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 


1. The SAP GRC Architect will be responsible for the overall design and approach to SAP security across all of our client's SAP systems, including development, BAU (Business Access Unit), handover and support (full life cycle of project).

2. Own the Authorizations/GRC design and strategy and system connectivity, including GRC, Access Control, Process Control, reporting, and naming conventions.

3. Approve and conduct testing.

4. Create and maintain test scripts.

5. Responsible for assessing and documenting compliance and risk posture as related to its information assets.

6. Provide technical insights on SAP GRC AC (Access Controls) and PC (Process Controls) Modules functionality.

7. Transform business requirements into GRC enabled solutions.

8. Define solutions in response of client request for proposal, technical design and development of SAP GRC AC or PC functions for programs, projects, and change requests. 


MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

<ul><li>Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems or a related discipline with an information systems or information technology focus.</li></ul>

1. 12 years of experience with SAP Security which must include EACH of the following: Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Identify Management (IDM), S4 HANA, Fiori, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).

2. 12 years of hands-on experience with segregation of duties using SAP GRC rule set.

3. 12 years of experience with SQL and Java to include EACH of the following: user management, integration, and workflow.

4. 12 years of experience designing and building SAP roles.

5. 12 years of combined experience in automatic user management using EACH of the following: S/4, GRC, and SailPoint integration.

6. 12 years of experience with the understanding and application of SAP GRC Business Role Manage (BRM) and how it relates to the profile generator (PFCG).

7. 12 years of experience with document approval process.

8. 12 years of experience in EACH of the following: business processes, Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance, and role design.

9. 8 years of experience in SAP GRC v* 10.01.

10. 8 years of experience in SAP IdM v8.

11. 7 years of experience in owning SAP Security Authorizations/GRC design and strategy (system connectivity including GRC, Access Control, Process Control, reporting, and naming conventions).

12. 6 years of experience presenting and communicating with C-suite executives.

13. 5 years of experience in GRC 12 Access Control.

14. 5 years of experience in GRC 12 Process Control.
