<div><p>What you&rsquo;ll do:</p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Supervises hourly personnel involved with maintenance, repair, programming and servicing of plant facilities and equipment</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Assists safety specialist with training as required to maintain necessary technical skills and a safe environment</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensures that all safety and environmental standards are achieved and technical documents related to maintenance and safety are maintained</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Assists shift supervisors in maintaining a clean and safe work environment for associates through the use of the 5S methodology</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Regularly conducts team meetings to discuss and assign responsibilities</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provides immediate solutions to problems that might arise with machines, equipment, or facilities. Determines the root cause of any such problems and provides a solution to prevent or reduce the problem from occurring again</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Leads the preventative maintenance program on items including production equipment, boilers, chillers, air washers, air compressors, electrical panels, switch gears, fire alarm systems, and security systems</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Assists the plant engineer in continuous improvement</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Collects and records data such as machine downtime, PM checklists, and parts usage</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Assists the supply room coordinator in ordering parts and reducing the MRO costs</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Maintains performance records on employees and routinely communicates performance to employees</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Schedule employees' work time and vacation time to ensure proper coverage for plant</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Perform other duties as required.</p></li></ul><br>

</div><p></p><div><div><p>What you have:</p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>In depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment and systems required</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>In depth knowledge of facilities maintenance required</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Three or more years of supervisor experience required</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Associates Degree or Technical Certificate in related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Possess a technical aptitude to read and understand technical documents and instructions such as blue prints, electrical schematics, mechanical and machine drawings for installations, troubleshooting and repair</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Core competencies include: The ability to read and write in Standard English, the proficiency in performing basic math calculations, the ability to analyze and interpret data and charts, and the basic knowledge of using a computer</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Successful completion of all training and ability to operate and performs preventative maintenance on assigned department equipment, machinery, tools, etc.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><br>
