<ul><li>Sales and Business Development</li><li>Promote and sell building materials, tiles, ceramics, and related products to retail customers, contractors, builders, interior designers, and construction companies.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.</li><li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers in the construction and design industry.</li><li>Provide professional product advice, quotations, and technical assistance to customers.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support promptly.</li><li>Product Knowledge and Presentation</li><li>Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications, features, installation methods, and competitive advantages.</li><li>Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.</li><li>Order and Sales Management</li><li>Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, tenders, and purchase orders.</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer interactions.</li><li>Market Research and Reporting</li><li>Collect and report information on market demand, pricing trends, and competitor products.</li><li>Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.</li><li>Suggest new strategies or promotional activities to improve sales performance.</li><li>Showroom and Display Management (if applicable)</li><li>Ensure showroom displays and product samples are well-arranged and updated.</li><li>Assist walk-in customers with product selection and design coordination.</li><li>Teamwork and Compliance</li><li>Work closely with the marketing, procurement, and finance departments.</li><li>Adhere to company sales policies, ethics, and credit control procedures.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales of tiles, ceramics, sanitary ware, or building materials.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of construction materials and market trends.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
