Outdoor Sales Executive &ndash; Building Materials(Job Requirements)1. Experience &amp; Industry Knowledge<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, or related industries.</li><li>Strong understanding of Building Materials products, materials specifications, and market trends.</li><li>Existing client network with contractors, consultants, builders, and procurement teams is an advantage.</li></ul>2. Sales Skills &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Ability to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.</li><li>Conduct regular market visits to contractors, project sites, and trading companies.</li><li>Skilled in product presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, inquiries, and payment collections.</li><li>Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve given monthly/quarterly targets.</li></ul>3. Communication &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in English &amp; Hindi (Arabic is an added advantage).</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to maintain long-term relationships with customers.</li><li>Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.</li></ul>4. Technical Competencies<ul><li>Ability to understand product specifications, interpret basic drawings, and explain technical features to clients.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.</li><li>Must prepare daily reports, visit logs, and market feedback.</li></ul>5. Personal Attributes<ul><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Strong time management and planning skills.</li><li>Professional attitude, discipline, and commitment to meeting timelines.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>6.
