Responsibilities and duties -BRANCH MANAGER1. Overall Business development of the branch and meeting targets2. Direct supervision of shop employees and delegating responsibilities3. Conducting periodical shop employees meeting to discuss challenges and improving business processes and prepare minutes of meeting.4. Day to day interaction with Purchase and Inventory department to ensure adequate stock in show rooms5. Ensuring timely sales deliveries to customers6. Ensuring accuracy of customer deliveries7. Ensuring accuracy of goods receipt to shop.8. Maintain customer relationship management by maintaining database, proper follow up calls, product promotions etc. as relevant.9. Responsible for preparation of quotations and follow up10. Responsible for collection from credit customers11. Responsible for day end closing with reconciliation of cash balances/ credit cards/credit sales.12. Proper inventory display and accurate inventory control of the shops13. Monitoring slow moving/expiring items and faster clearance of such items.14. Total ownership of shop inventories.15. Assigning rack/bins to shop employees and ensuring storage discipline from employees.16. Evaluation of shop employee&rsquo;s performance17. Monitoring and maintaining adequate GP ratio on sales18. Weekly operation reporting to GM Sales and Marketing19.
