This position is responsible for supporting the company operations in the purchasing department.The expectations will be to consistently strive to maintain financial and system accuracy and accountability. The office, led by this position, must also achieve external and internal customer service excellence.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Coordinating with shipping agencies and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services</li><li>
Understanding the purchasing needs and demands</li><li>
Preparing purchasing terms and conditions as well as pricing quotes</li><li>
Creating purchase orders</li><li>
Maintaining a healthy relationship with vendors</li><li>
Working closely with production and sales team members</li><li>
Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
High School Diploma/ GED Required</li><li>
Microsoft Word and Excel experience</li><li>
Team player with strong organizational skills</li><li>
Excellent communication</li></ul>
