We're seeking a passionate and experienced marketing professional to join our team and drive our brand's growth.Job Description: We are looking for Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness and demand for Moira in our key markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and meticulous project manager with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with MOIRA's brand vision and business objectives &amp; goals</li><li>Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales</li><li>Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing initiatives</li><li>Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities across key consumer segments and regional markets to inform strategic decision-making</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, e-commerce, finance and customer service</li><li>Oversee the development of compelling content across various platforms, both online and offline including social media, email, website and in-store</li><li>Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing performance and optimize strategies</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</li><li>Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing, with a focus on beauty or consumer goods industry</li><li>Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms</li><li>Experience in managing budgets and analyzing ROI</li><li>Passion for beauty and staying current with industry trends</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li></ul>To Apply: Please submit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio of past marketing campaigns to hr@moirabeauty.comMOIRA is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our workplace.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
