In this role, you will represent the agency with excellence, cultivate and manage strong client relationships, and oversee transactions across both off-plan and secondary markets. You will play a key role in generating sales, supporting buyers and sellers throughout the process, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the company.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.</li><li>Manage property viewings, handle negotiations, and facilitate smooth transaction closings.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.</li><li>Stay informed about UAE real estate regulations, market trends, and new developments.</li><li>Promote company listings and services to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.</li><li>Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to overall team success.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 6 months&rsquo; experience in a similar role within the UAE real estate market.</li><li>Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary market transactions.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.</li><li>RERA certification is a plus.</li></ul>Salary: To be discussedJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
