Barista Team Member Select Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Hospitality focused always, greeting guests, answering questions, and making helpful suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.</li><li>
Takes pride in all aspects of their work, whether making sandwiches, brewing coffees, running the register, doing drive-thru, or focusing on cleanliness.</li><li>
Attentive in the Restaurant, sensing customer needs and keeping their manager and fellow team members informed on an ongoing basis.</li><li>
Prepares and delivers food and drinks with quality in mind, consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations.</li><li>
A collaborative team member, always willing to play a role in making the work environment a warm and welcoming place.</li><li>
Recognizes how critical cleanliness and safety are to the Guest experience, the quality of the product and the success of the Restaurant.</li></ul>

Requirements<ul><li>
Must be 16 years or older. Successful team members consistently demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.</li><li>
Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility during the work shift, have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel.</li><li>
Have the ability to lift and move items frequently weighing up to 30 pounds.</li><li>
Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communications skills are required.</li><li>
Willingness to work all stations including lobby, front register, drive-thru, and kitchen positions</li></ul>

Salary: $9.00 per hour - $11.00 per hour per hour + Tips
