Job Title: Amazon Account ManagerLocation: Lahore Job Type: Full-timeTimings: 3-12About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central operations, with strong skills in handling cases, inventory management, repricing, and reporting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and resolve Amazon cases efficiently.</li><li>Oversee inventory management to ensure stock accuracy and availability.</li><li>Handle repricing and set prices using SellerBoard to maximize sales and profitability.</li><li>Process and monitor removal orders.</li><li>Coordinate with warehousing operations to ensure a smooth inbound and outbound flow.</li><li>Generate and maintain performance reports, ensuring alignment with KPIs.</li><li>Perform data entry and reporting in Google Sheets to maintain accurate records.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to continuously optimize account performance.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.</li><li>Strong understanding of inventory management, repricing strategies, and Amazon policies.</li><li>Experience with SellerBoard and warehouse coordination is a plus.</li><li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, reporting, and data entry).</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet KPIs.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced eCommerce business.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Performance-based growth and career advancement opportunities.</li></ul>Note: Mokhu is an equal opportunity platform.
