This role is responsible for accurate financial tracking, Amazon settlement reconciliation, inventory and cost accounting, invoice verification, and maintaining clean records in QuickBooks and Google Sheets.Key Responsibilities1. Daily &amp; Weekly Financial Tracking<ul><li>Track daily cash position (bank + Amazon)</li><li>Record all operational expenses accurately</li><li>Maintain finance-related Google Sheet</li></ul>2. Inventory &amp; Cost Tracking<ul><li>Update SKU-level COGS</li><li>Track landed costs (product, freight, prep, customs)</li><li>Maintain inventory valuation sheets</li><li>Highlight slow-moving or aged inventory</li></ul>3. Warehouse &amp; Vendor Invoice Auditing<ul><li>Verify warehouse invoices against services</li><li>Check prep, storage, removal, and other charges</li><li>Match invoices with POs</li><li>Flag overcharges or errors</li></ul>4. Payment Execution &amp; Monitoring<ul><li>Execute supplier payments as per approved schedule</li><li>Maintain payment calendar</li><li>Track payment terms and due dates</li><li>Ensure no missed or duplicate payments</li></ul>5. GST / HST Tracking &amp; Preparation<ul><li>Record GST/HST on sales and expenses</li><li>Track Input Tax Credits (ITCs)</li><li>Reconcile GST/HST collected via Amazon</li><li>Prepare GST/HST working papers for filing</li><li>Coordinate with external accountant if required</li></ul>6. QuickBooks Management<ul><li>Maintain daily entries in QuickBooks</li><li>Categorize expenses correctly</li><li>Record supplier bills and payments</li><li>Reconcile bank statements monthly</li><li>Ensure clean and up-to-date books</li></ul>7. Reportinga. Weekly:<ul><li>Cashflow summary</li><li>Expense report</li><li>Outstanding payables &amp; receivables</li></ul>b.
